Expedia screwed everything up. Expedia doubled booked and did not pay out enough for the damages. Plans were made based off the booking and damages occurred when Expedia did not honor the booking. Time ultimately cannot be bought back.

The area is an industrial park setting. Most pattruns are long time. The room was. Eat up. Holes in the walls. Toilet wasn't clean. Shower floor was very dirty.

It was quiet and it was a great place to stay for the night. The outside was dirty, with lint and some garbage on the ground. Other than that it was a good hotel for the price

It was a little run down. Hair all over the bathroom in the shower. The hotel was nice to stay in. The bed was comfortable, and it was a good place to stay.

Sticky floor. Room smells like old sweaty shoes. Bathroom smells like urine. Window blinds were broken. Key cards stopped working and front desk person couldn’t get it to work. A bunch of customers were in the lobby complaining about their key cards not working either. Hotel ran out of towels and shampoo. Elevator smelled like weed. Would not go back to this place even if it was free.

The manager Ruby was very rude and harassed my kids and myself. She was forcing me to pay a fee for my service animal and stated that paperwork wasn’t proof. She also stated that the only way to avoid the fee was to get rid of my service animal. One of her employees told us to take the smoke detector down cause even after changing the battery it was still beeping like it had a dead battery so Ruby was going to charge us stating her employees would never tell someone to take those down. Front Desk worker Denis was very helpful and really nice. This property is also not safe with all the drug addicts that stay there . We had to go out and buy a locking gas cap since our full tank of gas would be gone every morning. Vehicles were broken into and Ruby didn’t care. Definitely never going back there again.

When we arrived the entire hallway outside of our door, including in front of our door was covered in open bins and boxes of random stuff from whoever was moving in or out of the Extended StayAmerica room next to ours they were very noisy and all of their stuff smelled poorly, and they had lots of cats

I really enjoyed my stay there. Upon arrival it was clean, but honestly not as clean as I would have hoped there was some dust on some surfaces and I feel like the floor wasn't completely clean. The pillows were a bit flimsy had to buy two of my own from target. When my husband checked in he was a bit confused about the kitchen kits. I think it should be very clear that they are free. I had to call and ask, but it is good that they are free. Also the key cards kept deactivating a bit of a hassle . Lastly blackout curtains!!! please please invest in blackout curtains for those of us who do not want to get woken up at the crack of dawn by the blinding Sun! LOL. Honestly the staff was pretty wonderful, it's very convenient to what my husband and I needed. It was overall quiet and I would definitely stay here again. And I actually plan on coming back to Portland for a month so I will be looking into this property to book for their monthly rate.

For a room that it supposed to be non smoking, I think the previous tenants could not read the no smoking signs. I had to open the window to get the smoke smell almost out. 40 degrees outside by the way. When you turned on the heater the smell returned...
