“We honestly are considering suing for negligence of cleanliness, extremely rude, dishonest behavior, safety, barged into room multiple times while I was was indisposed and told them to not enter, they required us to do our own cleaning and cleaned after them. Amy cut her finger and bled profusely for hours and we want this location to be removed from your service. We observed what appeared to be potential human trafficking, drug trafficking, and it was very unsafe and dangerous to be outside at……

“Worst place I’ve everr stayed in my entire life. Also nestled been treated with so much disrespect. Just to start off the manager wouldn’t let me check in cuz he thought I was a prosituite and tried to agree with me and say that I’ve stayed at his motel before. Ended getting an apology for that. But then he went on to say if I work the streets he would kick me out immediately. He likes to lurk in your window and see who’s in your place this place is ridiculous can’t have anyone at all over after……

“No elevator. Hallways are dirty. There’s one time I saw someone peed in the hallway and it took a long time to clean it. The bed is loud like it’s not well built. But the mattress is good. The pillows, I know it’s made of foam but foams from scratch like they just crumpled it together to fit in the pillow cases. The TV screen is broken. The staffs are friendly but cleanliness, location and other things are not recommendable to other guests.”

“This place had unwashed sheets with stains and hair, not just one or two hairs, but multiple. The toilet flushed but would not stop without taking the lid off and adjusting the plunger thing. The room reeked. There were exposed wires near one of the plugs. The curtains had holes in them. The floors were dirty. I did not stay and instead requested a refund, and have been getting the runaround for the last two days.”

“Amazing property right on Division. We were in town to see a show at the Tomorrow Theatre across the street so location was 10/10. Easy access to the house/room and the continental breakfast spread was impressive. Would and will book again the next time we stay the night in Portland.”

“Amazing location near the Trailblazers stadium. Keep in mind they also charge parking for fans so the lot can get full quick. ”
