"My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026\. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice."

"I can’t think of a single thing to improve! The location of this hotel was perfect! Super close to everything in the old and new town! Very walkable but also accessible by vehicle for any day trips. The staff was super friendly and helpful! They gave amazing suggestions! The rooms were spacious and clean and updated! I can’t imagine staying somewhere else when in Prague!"
