The pictures makes this hotel seem much nicer than it is. It’s very uninviting from the outside. The entrance to section B is really dirty. Bugs, dust, probably hasn’t been vacuumed in months. The tub looked disgusting, I would have never showered there. We checked for bed bugs and there were none. The gentleman even replaced the both and apologized on the hotel’s behalf. Accountability is important. Dislikes were that there were 3 blood stains on cover bed sheet, a brownish stain on bathroom towel, back on remote was missing and there were bugs coming from outside into the room crawling on wall. It was untidy, unseemly, gross and uncomfortable because of the lack of attention to detail in regards to the cleaning. During the age of COVID-19, it’s especially disheartening so I won’t be back. The Air conditioner blew out smelly air. The pool was ehhhhh. It had a brownish ring around it.
