Oasis with AirCon in Prague's Old Town
Perfectly situated in the heart of Old Town Prague, our luxurious flat offers the ideal blend of privacy and convenience. With iconic landmarks like the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, Café Slavia, and Bellevue Restaurant just steps away, you’re in the perfect spot to explore everything Prague has to offer. This peaceful retreat is located on one of the quietest streets in the city center, offering a tranquil atmosphere while being close to all the action.
This space has been recently converted into a one-bedroom layout, featuring a comfortable bed and a sofa bed. Perfectly suited for up to three guests, it's an ideal choice for couples, small families, or solo travelers seeking a relaxing stay.
The Space:
We’re thrilled to welcome you to our flat, where comfort and style meet. The space is thoughtfully designed with air conditioning in every room (which also heats), a whirlpool bath, and a 43” TV with a soundbar for your enjoyment. The main lounge features skylight windows and high ceilings, making it a great place to unwind after a day of exploring.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso coffee maker, making it easy to start your day in style. The bedroom is located on the upper floor, with its own bathroom, offering plenty of privacy for guests traveling together.

- Located just steps from Prague’s iconic attractions, including the National Theatre, Charles Bridge, and the My Narodni shopping center
- Quiet street, offering a peaceful atmosphere despite being in the heart of the city
- Several tram stops within 200 meters and metro stations (Yellow and Green lines) just a short 5-10 minute walk away
- Long-term parking available at the National Theatre for approximately €25 per day
Check-in:
We offer check-in from 15:00 until 21:00. We can accommodate a check in from 21:00 to 23:00 with a surcharge of 500CZK/20EUR. In case you need to arrive before 15:00, we will try to organize an early check-in for you, or at least to leave your bags while we clean. We will contact you to arrange your check-in personally.
Check-out:
Check-out is at 11:00, but we may be able to store your luggage depending on the incoming guests.
Towels/bed linen provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have an access to all open rooms. The flat is situated on the third floor without a lift. You will need to climb three sets of stairs.

-CITY TAX
All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.
Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.
-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE
Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off. No flights landing after 21:30.
-QUIET HOURS
Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.
-SMOKING
Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.
-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT
If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.
-WAITING FEE
In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 € for every hour of waiting.
