ENJOYED THE FACILITY SPA AND WELLNESS. DID A COCONUT PEELING, BUT ITS REALLY A BODY SCRUB, I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT. THE ROOMS ARE SET UP A BIT WEIRD, NOT TO MY PREFERENCE, BUT SPACIOUS IF YOU BOOK WITH 1 KING. THE TV HAD FEW ENGLISH CHANNELS, WHICH IS WAS GOOD IF WEATHER IS BAD AND YOU HAVE TO STAY IN. THE BATHROOM AMENITIES, ARE NOT SOMETHINGIWOULDRECOMMEND, THE HILTON NEEDS TO UPGRADE THIS TO A BETTER QUALITY PRODUCT/ MORE MODERN TYPE. THEY STILL GIVE YOU A SMALL SOAP BAR THAT LEAVES SKIN FEELING TERRIBLE.
THE TOWELS WERE EXTREMELY THIN, ROUGH ON SKIN, ROBE WAS NOT BAD. THE SHEETS AND THE MATTRESS WERE TERRIBLE, HARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE, I WAS VERY DISSATISFIED. ANOTHER, THING WAS CAFE BISTRO, IT HAD A VERY LIMITED MENU AND IS THE ONLY PLACE AVAILABLE MOST OF THE TIME, THE SERVICE WAS NOT GOOD, PLACE WAS EMPTY AND I WAS LEFT 30 MINUTES UNATTENDED, I WAS UPSET AND HAD TO GO MYSELF TO ASK MANAGER TO PLEASE GIVE ME MY CHECK. SINCE THEY HAD FORGOTTEN AND SAW THE BAD SERVICE, THEY AT LEAST COMPENSATED THE ENTIRE CHECK. THE BREAKFAST BUFFET WAS GREAT AS WELL AS CLOUD 9 LOUNGE, THE FOOD AND SERVICE WAS PERFECT. THE FRONT DESK STAFF WAS IN TRAINING SO I CANT ASK TOO MUCH OTHER THAN BEING NICER TO GUESTS. OVERALL I CHECK OUT AND WENT TO STAY AT ANOTHER FACILITY.
