“I generally appreciate this property, having returned there a couple times. It is mostly up to snuff in terms of quality of maintenance. However, this time I was not the only one to notice that the hvac has a wide temperature range: it got too hot before it got too cold. My other complaints are minor: the bath tub bottom hadn't been scrubbed in a long time and was a bit scuzzy; the hair conditioner bottle hadn't been filled; and the toilet seat is too small for my large to average body size.……

The location made getting into downtown Lincoln really easy and it was far enough away from downtown to where we did not see homeless people until getting a few miles away from the hotel. The facility is a bit run down. The room needs the walls cleaned up as they were dirty.”

“Brteakfast needed eggs & bacon and fresh milk. Hot tub was fine but foamy. Pool was fine. Rooms were clean. Mattresses are comfy. The Staff was helpful & accommodating. The concrete needs some work out front. The elevator was slow. Next to a main street. Pretty decent motel. ”
