“During my recent stay at Rixos Dubrovnik, I booked the top-tier Spa Suite, expecting a genuine five-star experience. Unfortunately, nearly every interaction fell short: examples: - At checkout, I waited over 25 minutes for a bellboy despite multiple reminders until our butler stepped in and we nearly missed our flight - At breakfast, a manager passed a simple coffee request to a trainee, and only after multiple repeats did the butler fix it. - A pre-booked dinner request at their restaurant……

Ferry to Dubrovnik leaves in front of the hotel and the number 10 bus is a 10min walk uphill that runs between Cavtat and Dubrovnik. Take the ferry unless you are super fit! Highly recommend.”
