'Lazy Dayz' is a one bedroom apartment which is part of our home with it's own separate entrance and patio. It is a bright, modern and spacious accommodation with a full kitchen, lounge and dining area. We are located on the very pretty Glenora Road which is away from the hustle and bustle of Picton Main Street, but only a 2 minute drive away. There you can enjoy various bars and restaurants such as the new Royal Hotel, The Acoustic Grill, The County Canteen, 7 Numbers Italian, 555 Brewing Company and Hartley's Tavern. You can explore various Gift shops, Ice-Cream shops, Bakeries ....... the list goes on! Lake on the Mountain and other wineries and breweries are only a short drive away, or you can head to Sandbanks Provincial Park which is only 15 minutes drive.

Although we live on site we respect your privacy 100%, but are always available if you need us.

This a self catering apartment - no food, or cleaning services are included during your stay.

A 4% Municipal Accommodation fee is payable to Prince Edward County. This is shown as the host fee in the price details. STA Licence ST-2019-0054 R2

No smoking or vaping. Sorry we cannot accommodate children or pets.
A small dog lives on the premises. She is a Havanese named Daphne who is very friendly.

Due to licensing regulations by Prince Edward County, we are not allowed to accommodate more than 2 guests at any time (including day visitors) . Non-compliance of these regulations could result in our STA license being revoked.
Additional guests will be asked to leave the premises. Evidence of any additional guests after your stay, will result in an additional charge of $50 per extra person, per night.

A perfect little apartment for a stay in Prince Edward County, furnished with all I needed for a comfortable stay. I enjoyed the outdoor space with water views which was a great spot for a book and glass of wine. Nice location, close to Picton, wineries and beaches. Hosts were available if needed and made booking and check in a breeze. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

We enjoyed our stay. Joanne welcomed us on our arrival and gave a concise overview of the unit. She even baked a ginger cake. The unit was clean and comfortable for my wife and I. We had a lovely time visiting local markets and exploring Prince Edward county.

A Needed Getaway
A 45-minute drive to anywhere in The County and just minutes from downtown Picton. It's also cozy enough inside if you have to stay in with a well-appointed kitchen and luxurious finishes. The hosts were prompt, delightful, and very helpful.

Very clean apartment ideal for a solo or a couple. Ideal location.
We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was waiting for us with her specialty cake! Very professional and clear instructions! Very clean and well provided with the essentials! The pass for the beach was a big advantage as it avoids long lines of waiting in the car! The location was ideal close to the main street in Picton and to everywhere on the island! So much better than a hotel!
My husband and I were so impressed with this place. The location was perfect. We were on a motorcycle so we couldn't bring much with us but when we arrived there was coffee and tea, water and milk and even some fresh baked goodies. Joanne and Mike are obviously great hosts. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the deck out front was so nice for sitting and enjoying a beverage and the sunset. I've already recommended the place to my mother in law and I'm just home 10 minutes. Prince Edward County was a joy to bike around and visit. We would definitely stay there again.
