I was there during labor day weekend and I discovered there were ants in my room, the front desk told me that will be a service guy in some time but no one came. Also, the next day same situation happened. I was told that I will be getting a refund for one night's stay but to date, nothing happened. Horrible experience.

The facility and sitting area very dirty. The furniture is outdated and stained with huge spots as if it was rained on thought the furniture for years. The stairwells are very dirty and appeared to be unsafe. The hotel should be inspected by the state of Rhode Island and temporarily shut down for a deep cleaning. The pool has been out of service for years and staff is deceitfully telling guests it will be fixed in “October”. The hotel should post it on their website that the pool and spa is temporarily out of service so that guests can make an informed decision. Management was not available. Phones were not being answered. Had to transfer to another hotel. It was disappointing to see the Hampton Inn brand in such a negative display.

The pool was closed. The room was mediocre due to the odd closet and there was no fan in the bathroom.

The room was dirty, blood stains on the carpet wall was dirty, ceiling has stains on it, pull out couch had no Mattress so we had to ask for a cot, sofa a big dip in it and you could not sit on it. Morning breakfast was bombarded by patrons and staff was not refilling fast enough, so I went out to eat. Really horrible experience stay!!

When I arrived the carpet in the room was soaked by a prior leak/flood from the bathroom. After switching rooms, the second room had a dirty bathroom (especially the toilet), phone disconnected, TV did not work, nightstand was broken. Also, only decaf in the room.

The staff were very nice, unfortunately the cleanliness and upkeep of the room was extremely poor. Wall paper coming apart off the wall, dirt tub when turned on water black hairs, no coffee cup to place coffee filter into. Walked wearing flip flops in hallway only to be stepping on dead bugs that transferred over to my bath mat after I had returned. Disappointed
