There was blood on the bed sheets we called the manager who was very good and kind changed them and adjusted the bill . It wasn’t his fault he did everything he could

The property was beautiful. Rooms were super comfortable and clean. Shades made the room nice and dark and hotel was quiet. One of the elevators was broken both days we were there so that made for slow movement through the hotel. We were only on the second floor so we mostly used the stairs as a work around but if you were on a higher floor could be an issue. Front desk was not super responsive and when I called to ask for towels I was told I had to come get them because no one else was there. Covid signage was confusing. Signs all over said Do not enter without masks but many people, including employees were unmasked.

Property was great. Manager was very rude. The front desk person when I checked in told me that I had &125 deposit for my dog and told me I would get it back if everything was good. However the manager when I called after checkout told me it was a cleaning fee. It would have been nice to know it was a cleaning fee. Which is pretty steep for a cleaning fee
