Very quiet, beautiful resort

Ron is an amazing host, very quick to respond to all questions or concerns, the condo is very well appointed and perfect for a quiet beach get away. The resort is far enough from the hustle and bustle of grace bay to seem like you have a private beach and pool, however close enough for a nice time on the town. The snorkeling off the beach was amazing and being able to lay in the beach chair and see the stars made for the perfect get away for us. 1000% would recommend and book again

A fantastic location for families in Turks!!

Our family had a fantastic time at Ron’s property, with the kids enjoying the pool, sunrises over the ocean and snorkeling. It was the perfect space for our family of 5 - and the pull out couch is also very comfortable for anyone who uses it!!The kitchen had all of the necessary tools, and the property even offers beach chairs for your adventures. The resort is def away from the main tourist area of Grace Bay, but the seclusion offered a great spot to head to after a day of exploring the island.And Ron was great in responding to any questions we had prior/during our stay!!

Nice place to stay

My family & I spent a few days in Provo & had a great time at this rental. Ron was very responsive & addressed any questions/concerns in a timely manner. Definitely recommend this place.

Excellent quite place

The place was great, very secluded private and safe resort. All the other guests were very friendly and helpful. The site has a pool, hot tub, and restaurant. The best part its ocean front . Phil was very easy to communicate with and the condo has everything you need.

Beautiful and quiet

We had a wonderful, relaxing time. The place was spacious and CLEAN. We loved the seclusion, away from the hustle and bustle of tourism. But not o far if you enjoy that. Ron gave some great recommendation for food (Mango Reef is a must) and excursions, (4 wheeling, snorkeling & iguana island) Any questions that I asked prior and during the stay were answered immediately. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing Getaway

The condo was very clean and it had everything we needed including beach chairs and snorkel equipment. The beds and sofa were very comfortable. I enjoyed sitting outside in the morning on the patio. The resort was very quiet and peaceful. There was a beautiful pool and hot tub that we had to ourselves most of the time. We enjoyed walking on the beach and using the resort's kayak and paddleboard. I hope to return again soon!

Not much of a view

It’s a great location for those like us looking to be away from the hustle and bustle but yet not be too far a drive from it all. And the layout works well inside the unit and the condo has a great pool and amazing beach. However our unit only had a view from the corner of our deck and was tucked below another unit and stairs without impacted our light and air. We just solved it by not being inside much. And if you’re grilling for dinner beware that’s across the way in a spot that removes you for a bit. We also had a few minor items but Ron was quick to respond and do his best to address. All in all a great holiday, locale I’d just not count on a view.

Beautiful well kept condo complex!

Phils condo was very clean, comfortable with all the necessities of home. The resort could be considered off the beaten track but really everything is within a 10-15 minute drive however a vehicle is necessary. A vehicle is necessary anywhere you would stay on the island so you can explore the island and truly experience Provo. Phil was excellant to deal with! His condo is very well priced as compared to most accommodations on Provo. He answered all emails promptly and gave great advice! Loved it there and hope to return!

Fabulous condo!!

HI Phil, Thank you for allowing us to stay in your condo. The unit is so lovely. We especially appreciated the comfy beds. We all loved the big sectional. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. We loved not having to purchase tinfoil and cling wrap. Any issues were quickly looked after. The beach is gorgous. Our favourite activity was walking to the point and walking out in the water as far as we could go. So beautiful!! We will be definitely back next year. Thanks again, Rachel,

Paradise

The property was great. Super clean and maintained. There is a pool, hot tub and the beach is steps away. The neach area was beautiful and super relaxing and it was rare to run into other guests so we often had the beach to ourselves. Chairs and loungers were set up every morning and we had use of the paddleboards and kayaks anytime we wanted them. There is even a hammock to enjoy the ocean breeze from.. The condo was wonderful, well decorated and had everything we needed from dishes, a washer a dryer dryer, towels and even beach items like snorkel sets and beach chairs. We had no issues and any questions we had we got a speedy reply from Phil. 10/10 would stay again.

Condo was very nice and well equipped. The pool and beach were beautiful.

This was our first time to Turks and Caicos and our stay at Phil's condo was great. The condo was a good distance away from everything, so if you are looking for a place that is peaceful and away from the tourist area, this is the place for you. We were there during off season and it was like we had this luxurious beach and pool to ourselves. There were kayaks and a paddle board for anyone staying at the resort to use for free. Nice lounge chairs on the beach that are covered. Large pool and hot tub. The complex was very well maintained. Our only disappointment was that the restaurant and bar at the complex was not open due to the hurricane last year. It is a good distance to travel back and forth to the grocery and resteraunts. The prices of groceries and beer was a real shock, Everything was about tripled the prices we are use to paying. The Snorkeling and scuba diving on the island was amazing. Phil Archer was very easy to work with and we would definitely rent from him again.

I can't say enough about Ron and his vacation home in Turks and Caicos! This place is a resort that is fully equipped and secluded for a romantic or quiet peaceful getaway. First I have to start with this being my maiden voyage to TCI and I will definitely be coming back and I will certainly be looking to book these accommodations again. 1st thing you must know is that you MUST HAVE A CAR, because where the complex is located is on the Northern point of the island, outside of that the complex has everything from Kayaks to Paddle boards, with great palapas with awesome lounge chairs on the beach. Now here's the bonus Ron provides everything else that you need for your off premise excursions, all at not additional cost. My wife and I stopped at the restaurant at the resort for a bite on day one( which only serves lunch and dinner), and the food was good. The next day we grabbed the beach chairs and umbrella thx to our host and hit up Grace Bay Beach a 20 min drive from our rental. Next thing you should do when staying here is stop at the IGA grocery store and pick up breakfast foods and coffee if you so please to what the sunrise and avoid the need to leave the resort, only having to need to return to start your beach day off premise. Definitely choose this location if you're interested in low-key, quiet and laid back accommodations away from it all.

We had a great vacation at the resort. Ron was a great host and very responsive to any inquiries we had. The check in instructions were perfect and we had no challenges getting in and getting comfortable. The unit was very clean and well kept. The pool was amazing and the kids loved splashing around there. The beach was beautiful and there was always access to beach chairs akd umbrellas. Unfortunately there was a lot of seaweed on the shore and in the water but I believe it was seasonal. You definitely need a vehicle if you want to see the sights and shop. We loved the quiet vibe and full access to everything at the resort. It was perfect. Thank you Ron for hosting us at this wonderful place!!

Beautiful complex at distant location

Everything you need for a quiet vacation on Providenciales with family or friends. Distant location doesn‘t matter, because of the small size of the island. you can get everywhere in under 1 hour. Beautiful residential complex, pool, pool bar, a few miles away from other buildings, very quiet, gated, free parking, free Wifi, approx. 2.5 miles of unpaved road (easily passable with normal vehicles), largest supermarket of Providenciales Graceway IGA approx. 10 miles / 20 minutes away, full kitchen with large microwave and dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, ceiling fans

What we needed!

Visiting TCI has been a bucket-list trip for many years. I'm so glad I was finally able to make it happen! Our trip was wonderful, as were my accommodations. Ron is a great host. He is attentive and was responsive from the time that I booked our trip until checkout. The grounds are clean and picturesque. The unit was comfortable, we needed for nothing. In fact, my husband and I bought items from the IGA on our way in and found that the unit was already stocked with much of what we purchased (cooking essentials)! The resort is about a 25-minute drive from restaurants and shopping; I would recommend renting a car. I loved that access to the beach was mere steps away from our door, as was the pool and the open-air restaurant. A nice option for couples and families. Families. DefinitJust GREAT!

Perfect Getaway Spot

This condo was such a gem of a place and had everything we were looking for in a vacation rental!The "resort" was away from the congested part of the island and right on the beach. It's peaceful and quiet.There is a pool, hot tub and little restaurant right on locaton (not open on Mondays), which allowed us to stay put there most of the time.The condo is cozy & has a covered patio to sit and enjoy the scenery with your coffee in the morning.We enjoyed this location so much & hope to return :)
