This property is located in the heart of Grace Bay! A short 3 minute walk to the beach with available beach chairs for guests and towels provided (from hotel). Breakfast voucher options were provided at three locations that were excellent (Cafe Shay was our favorite) but would recommend all. Will visit and stay at this location again.

The ac is completely shut off when you get to your room. The room was extremely hot! The last thing you want is trying to relax after traveling and walk in a room that feels like a sauna. The restroom had ants and our ac was leaking water. The breakfast is not fully included They give you a $10 per person voucher to a restaurant near by. $10 in Turks doesn’t even cover a sandwich. So yes you will pay for most of your breakfast. But the lady’s as the front desk are very nice and friendly.

This property is located down an alley next to a garbage dump. The smell of rotten fish and garbage can be smelled constantly. There is no elevator so if your room is on the third floor be prepared. The air conditioner barely worked and the only way to keep it on was to keep your room card in the slot, so if you leave the room and take your key with you, be prepared to come back to an extremely hot environment. The bathroom had moldy curtains in the shower and the toilet was installed crooked so the bathroom door could open and close. If you are returning to your room at night be careful walking down the dark alley to get to your room. There is a dirty shared microwave outside by the stairs next to all the broken appliances they haven’t gotten rid of yet. Spend the extra money on a decent hotel, not worth saving a dollar to be miserable. When checking out on the same day we checked in the owner was called and tried to claim this was an 8 star hotel and was upset we were leaving. I would rate it a zero star accommodation. If anyone is interested in seeing the real pictures of this hotel Expedia has a copy of them. Don’t be fooled by the pics posted on there advertisement. Stay away.

This hotel is near Shisha lounge and not too far from Aziza. Shay’s Cafe was delicious and walking distance for breakfast, I received a 10$ discount from the hotel. It is not a luxury hotel, but very convenient especially if you do not plan to stay indoors for too long.

Great location with setup on the beach across the road. Close to everything in Grace Bay - restaurants, convenience store, shopping. We stayed one night and extended an extra night while we waiting for our villa to be ready. Staff on the front desk were really helpful!

It was 3 min walk to the beach and 6 min walk to a major grocery store. We liked the breakfast options. All the shops and restaurants are nearby.

The property was clean. It was convenient to have the breakfast vouchers. However, some things didn’t work properly - TV DIDNT work for two days then they swapped it. Shower didn’t work until we called to have it repaired the following day- huge inconvenience as their lobby is not open all the time. Also, cleaning was late (usually after we got back for the day) one of the days they forgot to clean our room. And when we called they just emptied the trash cans and added towels. Overall nice experience but these things take away from the convenience we pay for. I feel we should have gotten some Kind of discount since facilities weren’t fully operable.

I thought there was room service, as in being able to order food, but there wasn't. Had to venture around to local eateries. Once i discovered the places, which are very close, it was good. The only suggestion i would have...to maintain the walkway path leading to the beach...needs to be cleaned up.

Entrance to hotel is alleyway & entrance is by the garbage are to the restaurant next door. Bit of a surprise. No soap or shampoo supplies in their dispensers. One microwave in a pathway to the pool. Ice machine was in lobby by the checkin clerk, so only available when office is open. Was convenient to shops & restaurants & has a private beach area across the street Bed was comfortable & a/c worked well.

We stayed here for one night between our stay in North Caicos and departing for home. Our room was clean, pool area was very nice, staff was extremely helpful. Very close to beach, tons of shopping and dining options. I would definitely stay again.

There's nothing new about the "All New Grace Bay Suites". They don't even have a comforter on the bed, the shower smells like mold and there was hair everywhere. The pool is so small like a backyard pool and so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom. You come all this way for a vacation not for a disappointment. Out by the pool the constant smell of sewage. We go all over the world this ranks at the bottom.
