“The Inn at Cook St is privately owned and well maintained by the owner Spencer. He greeted us and personally supervised where we safely parked our car, fix the television so we could watch the Knicks game and cooked the best breakfast ever! And he gardens too. It is worth every penny to stay at this inn! It is conveniently located, near Commercial St, quiet and surrounded by trees and flowers. Our room was clean, uniquely decorated and well airated! Spencer was extemely accommodating,and made……

“Elliot was an amazing host. He made us feel comfortable and welcome from the minute we got there. Our breakfast was delicious. The location was perfect to commercial Street, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again.”

“The breakfast is spot on. It's not super fancy, but they provided something for everyone. We received a text each morning stating what was on the buffet that a.m., and the seating for breakfast was lovely, with outdoor and indoor options. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We probably ended up with one of the darker, smaller rooms, but that seems to happen when I book through a 3rd party. Note to self. The bar was hoppin every night, and they put on a nice complimentary happy hour……

“CHARM is right, it's an absolutely adorable spot that was perfect for what we needed for just the one night stay. Check-in was super easy, clean room, clean sheets and towels, though we did have to ask for a refill on one of the shower amenities - of which staff instantly fulfilled. The surrounding area is very beautiful, if you get the chance to be on the porch, I would highly recommend. Check out is 11am, though if they start cleaning the other rooms at 9:30am, you might have an accidental……

“This place is awesome, super close to everything, and you can walk everywhere. They hook you up with coffee vouchers for the shop around the corner, which was a sweet treat every morning. The parking lot is tiny, but if you back in with a bigger car, it's way easier to get in and out. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and we even had our own private entrance outside the hotel. I'd totally stay here again, my only beef is the thin walls – you can hear people coming and going in the halls at……

Thankfully we were able to check in around normal time as two staff returned as we were about to park and leave our belongings on site in our car. “Clean and comfortable. I came for a comedy show at Pilgrim House, and I had a great time, the location cannot be beat! It’s right on Commercial Street, so you will hear the hustle and bustle from the street below, but what do you expect of a spot above a shop, next to a restaurant and across the street from a drag bar?! “Beautiful inn, with many thoughtful design touches. We loved the chance to chat with fellow guests over wine on the porch and breakfast in the garden. Although the inn has very limited parking, there was plentiful parking in the public lot only a block away, even on a busy summer day. We will definitely return!!”

“We stayed six nights at Snug Cottage and loved our visit. Gary and Jared and Docus run a wonderful inn, providing a lovely and relaxed home with an ample continental breakfast and very pleasant company. Our first 4 nights were in the Windsor room with the following 2 nights spent in the York room. Other guests at the inn were wonderful as well, Obviously everyone felt the same friendly and warm environment provided by our innkeeps. “The staff were very nice and accommodating and were the best part of our stay. It’s right on the water and the access to the private beach was amazing. The only downside I would say would be some of the upkeep of the property feels like it is deteriorating. The indoor pool and hot tub were in rough conditions as well the bubbles that had brown spots several times. We also arrived to silverware and dishes that weren’t clean in the cabinets.
