“We stayed in one of the penthouse suites that had a Jacuzzi tub in the room. Only three of the seven jets worked in the tub and they put some rough grip tape on the bottom of the tub to keep you from sliding but it was super sharp and very painful to sit on. We ended up putting a towel underneath us. The carpet was super gross and stained and should have been replaced many years ago. The room was cozy and we ate breakfast on our balcony.”

“The temperature in the room was to warm and the aircondioner did not kick on at all. It would be a good idea to provide at least 2 towels per person. The bath matt was wet when i enrolled it. Assuming it hadn't been a fresh one. We went out to get a bite for breakfast and was sadly greeted by a non working coffee pot and only yogurt and Hostess donuts. Don't advertise as a bed and breakfast of there is no breakfast. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. ”

After 10-15 min of no response, I went to a different hotel. I did not get an email or text with a door code. They insisted I got the email (I didn’t) and they blamed Expedia for not sharing my phone number. They refused to return my money. They called about 20 min later after I was in a new hotel and they thought it unreasonable that I……
