In the historic village center of a listed, restored farmhouse from the 14th Century there is on the 1st floor a 140 square meter, comfortable and cozy apartment for up to 5 people. Experience your vacation in comfortable accommodation with a large paneled parlor, spacious bedrooms and the very special flair of tradition and historical ambience in a dreamy mountain landscape with many 3000m peaks.
From here is an ideal starting point for mountain hikes, easy hikes, mountain biking, touring bikes and of course winter sports with all its facets. The many family-friendly ski areas Fendels, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Venet, Kaunertal, Samnaun-Kappl-Ischgl u. a. can be reached in a short time with your own vehicle or the Postbus. Everyone should get their money's worth with the abundant winter sports on downhill skis, cross-country trails, tobogganing, winter hiking with snowshoes. There are of course enough rental stations for the needs of winter sports equipment. After an eventful winter sport or hiking day, a visit to an indoor swimming pool with sauna in Feichten (Kaunertal) is perhaps a welcome end to the day to let your mind wander.
Shopping: In the village center there are bakers, butchers, restaurants, savings banks, Raiffeisenbank. Grocery stores Hofer and MPREIS in the immediate vicinity.

Excellent stay in beautiful Prutz apartment!
As a group of friends we stayed at the apartment in Prutz and enjoyed everything about the experience. Great location, exceptionally comfortable and spacious apartment and very convenient for accessing Fiss and Ladis ski lifts. Would highly recommend to others and hopefully will get an opportunity to stay again in the future.

Super appartement with plenty of space. Serfaus Fiss Ladis is very easy to reach. The bakery is around the corner at 100m only. Spar and M-preis at less than 1km.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen
Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Zeit in der Wohnung verbracht und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet allen ausreichend Platz. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und man braucht nicht einmal Utensilien zum Abspülen mitbringen. Ist alles bereits dort (Geschirrspültaps, Spüli, Zewa,....) Einfach toll! Mit dem Auto ist man schnell auf dem Berg zum Wandern oder Skifahren. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Bäcker gleich ums Eck.

Herzliche Begrüßung bei der Ankunft, große gemütliche Fewo in historischem Gebäude, Küche bestens ausgestattet, Info und Prospekte über Region liegen vor, Skibushaltestelle ca. 6 Min. entfernt mit guter Verbindung nach Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, Bäcker um die Ecke, drei Supermärkte vor Ort, Leider nur 1 PKW Stellplatz bei der Fewo, es gibt aber in unmittelbarer Nähe einen kleinen gebührenpflichtigen Parkplatz, Parkticket von Montag bis Freitag kann vor Ort erworben werden, Wochenende ist gebührenfrei. Es gibt keinen separaten Skiabstellraum und keinen Skistiefelwärmer. Wir haben uns in der Fewo wohl gefühlt.

Wunderschöne geräumige Wohnung
Wir hatten mit 5 Personen eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser sehr geräumigen Wohnung. Alles ist sehr sauber und super ausgestattet. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Skibushaltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Für die Skier gibt es keine Unterstellmöglichkeit, was uns nicht gestört hat, da wir ohnehin ein Skidepot in Fiss mieten wollten. Die Wohnung liegt zentral. Der Bäcker, Supermärkte und gute Gastronomie ist alles in der näheren Umgebung vorhanden. Der Kontakt war sehr herzlich und nett. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super mooi, groot huis!
We werdern hartelijk ontvangen door mw. Rudig. Het huis is groot, schoon en mooi. Alles is aanwezig wat er aanwezig moet zijn. Vanuit het plaatsje Prutz kun je goed uitstapjes maken naar Serfaus, Fiss, Ladis. De Rosengartenschucht in Imst is een aanrader, super mooi. Ook de rodelbanen in Imst en Serfaus. De Kaunertaler gletscher is ook een bezoekje waard ondanks dat er weinig gletscher nog over is. Het uitzicht is prachtig daar. Vanaf het huis is het 10 minuten naar de supermarkt en de bakker zit op de hoek van de straat. Al met al helemaal geslaagd. Wij hebben het super naar onze zin gehad!

Alles in Ordnung, Empfehlung. Einzig eine zweite Toilette fehlt, bei vollbelegung der Ferienwohnung kommt es zuweilen zu Stau ;-) Ruhig und gemütlich.

We hebben een paar heerlijke dagen in Prutz gehad. We zijn met het gezin canyoning gaan doen. Een aanrader! Verder zijn we naar de Kaunertaler Gletscher geweest. Met de auto naar 2750m. Daarna met kabelbaan boven 3000m geweest. Het huis was heerlijk. Alleen kraakte de houten vloer op sommige plekken.

Super tolle Ferienwohnung
Herzlicher Empfang durch Rosi, sehr schöne grosszügige Ferienwohnung, top Ausgerüstet. Es fehlt an nichts. Das Haus hat sehr viel Charme. Sehr sauber. Ruhige Lage, perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle Wandergebiete rundherum. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Bäckerei ist gleich ums Eck (Sonntag offen). In Prutz selber beim Campingplatz gibt es einen mega tollen Spielplatz. Wir können nichts negatives Berichten, auch der Preis ist sehr fair. Wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung gerne weiter.

Geräumiges und uriges Apartment, gerne wieder:)
Wir haben als Familie in diesem schönen alten Gebäude für eine Woche übernachtet. Der Skibus nach Fiss dauert kurze 16 Minuten und im Ort ist ein toller Bäcker mit lokalen Leckerein (cash only) wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank auch an Rosi zu den guten Tipps.

Vorweg sei angemerkt: Die Ferienwohnung war super sauber. Die Wohnung war immer angenehm warm, trotz der doch kalten Temperaturen. Zusätzliche Wolldecken wurden extra gewaschen. Schlüsselübergabe und einweisende Hinweise erfolgten durch die sehr freundliche Hausdame. Das Internet funktionierte einwandfrei. Eine sehr schöne, große und gemütliche Ferienwohnung, in der viel altes Holz verarbeitet wurde. Von dem langen und breiten Eingangsflur sind alle Zimmer zu erreichen. Am Ende des Flurs findet man auf einem kleinen überdachten Balkon einen ruhigen Platz. Die drei Schlafzimmer waren zweckmäßig eingerichtet (Kleiderschrank mit ausreichend Bügeln, die Matratzen nicht durchgelegen, Nachtschränkchen). Das Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badewanne funktional. Angenehm war die separate Toilette. An die sehr große Wohnstube mit Sofa, Fernseher und einer Liegefläche am Kachelofen (nicht befeuerbar) grenzt ein kleines Räumchen mit Tisch, Stuhl und umfangreichen Informationsmaterial. Durch die Wohnstube hat man Zugang zur funktionalen und komplett eingerichteten Küche, in der die Mahlzeiten eingenommen werden. Der Hausmüll wird in einem kleinen Raum gesammelt und sortenrein getrennt. Für die Familie ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Schöne grosse Wohnung, man ist schnell in Fiss. Den beschriebenen niedrigen Wasserdruck können wir nicht bestätigen, hatten aber auch den Genuss eines nagelneuen Boilers 😏 Auch parken war mit nem Touareg problemlos möglich. Nur nen Skischuhtrockenraum wäre wünschenswert. Sonst alles super, nette Übergabe, alles da was man braucht.

Die Wohnung ist riesig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Der kleine Ort mit Bäckerei und Metzgerei hat alles, was man braucht. Ins Skigebiet Fiss/Serfaus sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Wir hatten tolle Skiferien!

Großzügige, helle Ferienwohnung mit Mängeln
Die zentral im ruhigen Örtchen Prutz gelegene Wohnung liegt in einem schönen historischen Gebäude und ist großzügig geschnitten. Die Zimmer sind nett eingerichtet. Die Hausdame ist sehr freundlich. Allerdings darf nicht verschwiegen werden, dass der Wasserdruck in Bad und Küche katastrophal niedrig und auch noch stark schwankend ist. Duschen wird zur Nervenprobe inkl. Verbrühungsgefahr. Das muss der Wohnungseigentümer unbedingt in den Griff bekommen. Es sollte auch darauf hingewiesen, dass nur ein sehr schmaler Parkplatz zur Verfügung steht. Das ist bei größeren Autos eine ganz schöne Kurbelei.

Het huis was lekker ruim en gezellig ingericht. Drie ruime slaapkamers en een grote bank en andere zitplaatsen in de woonkamer. Prima keuken. Goede wifi. Omgeving mooi voor wandelen, mountainbiken, raften, klimmen, etc
