Aceptable, pero tiene para mejorar

La habitación tenía mucho olor a humedad cuando ingresamos. El quincho no tiene utensilios, está pelado. El baño es amplio y ventilado. El desayuno muy bueno y la persona que lo atiende una genia.

Problema con la reserva

No pasamos el día en el leñador, al llegar al local me dijeron que no tenían disponibilidad y que por error en el sistema figuraba disponibilidad cuando hice la reserva por la web.. Nos consiguieron reserva en otra cabaña al lado El Descanso en la cual pasamos muy bien, tranquilo y agradable.. En fin, nos solucionaron el inconveniente con otro local, que quedaba a pocos metros.. Fueron muy agradables de todas formas

La atención del personal es excelente, pero sobre el desayuno no estoy de acuerdo. No es variado, no se puede estar una semana a bizcochuelo Ningún día colocaron medialunas que es lo básico ni tampoco algo salado y no había 80 variedades. También el precio de la bebida es excedido.

Cabañas pintorescas con mucho para mejorar

Lugar pintoresco en medio de un pequeño bosque. Las cabañas son cómodas y tienen lo básico, las camas son amplias, el desayuno está bien y el personal tiene mucha predisposición, pero hay varios detalles a mejorar. El servicio de wifi es malo. El lugar para bañarse es muy pequeño y no tiene jabonera ni nada para apoyar lo que se usa en la ducha. El resumidero no desagotaba bien y la canilla del antebaño tenía una pérdida constante. Falta mantenimiento en general en todo el predio

Im grünen

Wir 4 verbrachten leider nur eine Nacht hier. Würden aber jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. Wir hatten einen Bungalow mit 2 Schlafzimmern. Für den Pool blieb keine Zeit. Ein Fahrer, der uns zu den Wasserfällen fahren sollte, war sehr schnell zur Stelle. Absolut zu empfehlen in unseren Augen.

Okay hotel, not worth the money

The hotel is clean and rooms are big with towels and soap, tv, all he necessities. The staff is absolutely awful, half of them told me I had already paid, the other half said I needed to pay an additional fee for some unknown reason. They took 30 minutes to run my credit card on the last day because none of them knew how to work the machine. There's no ATM onsite or close by and the hotel reataurant only accepts cash. The food is okay for dinner but the "included breakfast" was coffee and a tray full of bread left on a table. They did not even bother to leave out enough plates or silverware every morning and there was no staff available until late in the morning. The pool was really dirty, the poolside bar is never open, the water is freezing and the seating around the pool is wooden with moldy, peeling paint.. They forgot to turn on the hot water for our room and the shower handle kept falling off, so that was a big of a disaster too. Overall not recommended because for over $100 per night, you can find many MUCH better hotels in the same area.

Excelente custo benefício, café da manhã modesto porém essencial. Ótima estrutura, único inconveniente foi que o primeiro quarto que nos foi dado tinha um forte cheiro de mofo que acredito ser pela localização do hotel no meio de um bosque úmido; porém ao reclamarmos nosso quarto foi substituido e não tivemos mais problemas.

Buenas cabañas, buena ubicación

El complejo es grande, con mucha vegetación. Las cabañas están bien mantenidas, limpias y con todos los servicios. El desayuno es simple y abundante. El restaurante ofrece muy buenos platos y a precio accesible. El lugar es ideal para pasar unos días en Cataratas y disfrutar de la naturaleza. Ideal para aquellos que quieren pasar unos días con la familia o amigos en un entorno de tranquilidad, silencio y buen servicio. Si bien está cerca de Puerto Iguazú, lo ideal es disponer de automóvil si uno desea alojarse aquí. El personal muy amable y siempre con muy buena predisposición.

가격대비 만족한 호텔

아르헨티나 이과수 폭포쪽 호텔이 비싼데 이곳은 가격도 저렴하면서 시설도 망족할만한 수준이었어요. 수영장도 있고, 객실은 우거진 정글 안에 독채식으로 있어서 프라이빗한 느낌도 들고요. 레스토랑 직원도 아주 친절. 단점이라면 시내에서 약간 멀지만, 이과수 도시에서 메인은 폭포니까 별 상관없어요. 호텔 앞 거리에서 버스타면 폭포까지 30분 소요. 버스가 인당 50페소. 택시는 150페소. 2명 이상이면 무조건 택시로. 다만 올때는 택시비가 230페소. 돌아올땐 버스추천.

Hotel que disponibiliza quartos e também cabanas, sendo estas um total de 17. Atenção para as cabanas, elas não possuem cozinha, como eu e muita gente que venha reservar possa esperar que tenha uma disponível, só que não ! Em resumo o a cabana, é bem ampla, a cama é excelente e o banheiro amplo e com uma boa ducha ! A piscina é honestíssima, e ainda podemos fazer um bom churrasco (como eu fiz) na área do Quincho.

Horrible hotel

This place was horrible. The room had sheets with stains all over it. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. When we arrived they told us they didn't have wifi anymore even though it was advertised on their site and on the window. We asked the front desk to call a taxi for us to go to iguazu falls and we were told to wait outside for a bus and that we had to hail the bus on the side of the road to make it stop. When we went to pay they said that they didn't accept credit cards and that we had to take a bus to town to get cash out . The entire experience was horrible. Do not go here
