The property was awesome! We had a great time. The only disappointing part of our trip was the sales pitch they tried to rope us into. After arriving we were excited to get to our room and then start relaxing. Unfortunately, the second we finished checking in, they ushered us into a sales pitch to get us to commit to attend a goofy timeshare meeting. We weren't interest, but it took 20 minutes to get out of their sales pitch. Other than that, the stay was excellent. Staff were attentive, food was okay, pools and beach were great!

We just got back from an wonder family vacation with 3 generations. It started with a very warm greeting by Karina, the concierge. From meeting us upon arrival to greeting us daily, she made the trip absolutely fantastic. Daily she answered our questions and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. Karina is absolutely AMAZING and one of the main reasons we want to return. We had two boys, ages 3 and 5 and grandparents. Everyone found something they enjoyed. From the fun shows that were entertaining for all, to the selection of food and the attentive service by the waiters. No one gave us a dirty look when the kids were a bit loud or left crumbs on the floor. Any request for extra towels or bedding was immediately met with a smile and what we had asked for. The time by the pools were made extra special by Cesar and Jose at the pool bar who made a variety of drinks for both the kids and the adults. Delia was great at the adult pool when we escaped for some quiet relaxation. Eduardo, Javier, Jacqueline and Angel were super nice and observant during the morning breakfast. They would take the time not only to make sure our drinks were served and we had everything that we needed, but also to make small talk with the kids and ensure they were having a great time. We will definitely come back next year and look forward to seeing friendly faces.

Is annoying that staff try to sell the special membership during the check in, likewise the staff at the check in is not well trained and neither friendly. On the other hand concierge did a great job assigned in us a room upgrade.

I was extremely disappointed with this resort, the lack of quality and service was appalling, especially for an all-inclusive. Why do you pay a premium for an all-inclusive versus a regular hotel? For the unlimited food options, drinks, and amenities, right? So this resort boasted a variety of 6 restaurants, 7 bars including swim-up bar, beach-front, etc. What they don't tell you is that not all of the facilities are open at the same time, so realistically you only have maybe 2 options at any given time - we kept going to restaurants only to find out they were closed. On top of that, the food was terrible in every restaurant besides the buffet. In fact, a lot of the food was terrible there too, but at least the buffet had options, so you're able to cherry-pick the good food. We ended up eating at the buffet the entire trip. The swim-up bar has 2 sides, the side facing the pool (where you swim up to it) and the side away from the pool (walk-up normal bar). They closed the swim-up side. Why, who knows. But that just defeats the purpose and allure of a swim-up bar. Another disappointment. Also, no way to order drinks on the beach, we had to keep going back to the pool bar. No tables on the beach so we put our drinks in the sand and ended up accidentally kicking sand into them. The staff turned us away from the restaurant saying you can't wear a bikini in there, you need to cover up - at a resort that revolves around the pool/beach?! Does that make sense?Seriously, just terrible.

The property was beautiful place, lots of food to choice from. The area splash pad for the kids was nice too. Kids had a blast. Unfortunately, the only problem was that we had transportation scheduled to pick us up to take us to the airport and the taxes drivers at the hotel exit weren’t letting our van pass without paying a fee. They were yelling at the driving and threatening him if he didn’t pay. Terrible experience and I don’t feel safe going back to that hotel. They made us late to the airport. We almost missed our flight. The hotel need to do something about their taxes drives. The employees at the gate didn’t do anything about it. If you schedule transportation with your flight be careful make sure this doesn’t happen to you.
