Overall hotel location is amazing. Private beach and beautiful. That is what you are paying for.
Now, all the bad things:
Rooms - overall very dirty. They didn’t vacuum the rooms at all. In addition, the rooms are in a desperate need of renovation. It is old, but not only that, the bathrooms are nasty and you could barely use the shower because it was both broken and lacked water pressure.
Food - breakfast was eatable but that is it. Not something you’d expect from a hotel you paid this amount of money for. The bacon looked disgusting. Lunch is served in a different restaurant from breakfast and dinner and it was the only ”good” food we had during our stay. Dont get me wrong, not the best food I’ve eaten but atleast it was okay italian food. Regarding dinner, dont eat dinner here. Frozen vegetables, cold food and just bad overall. Dont waste your money on this. Also, even though it is hotel food you pay for, they add service fee to lunch and dinner (and the service was terrible)
Finally, check out, they gave us the bill for everything we’ve eaten during our stay and numbers were okay. Then the staff said that they missed the city tax and gave me a new two page receipt. However, this time they added the cost for the rooms which i already payed for. I highlighted this and they said ”you have?” And just printed a receipt again. Felt like they wanted to double charge me as they didnt even check the system to confirm, nor did they apologise.
