"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Saga Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were an absolute pleasure to deal with—everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. The accommodation was amazing, beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and serviced every day, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend the Saga Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing stay with outstanding customer service. We will definitely be back!"

"The receptionist, the restaurant staff, including the executive chef of course), the doorman, everyone is so nice. I would like to express our deepest gratitude to a restaurant staff, a pleasant girl wearing a white shirt ( unfortunately I didn’t ask her name) who bring me a Vietnamese coffee every morning:) The house keeping was so good such that we enjoyed every night here. The room service did never let us down. Delicious and not too expensive ( of course we could have cheaper foods through Grab, but not good quality every time)! We will definitely reconsider this resort again and not hesitate to recommend to all others:)"
