Property was "autonomous" nobody at the desk, though reachable by phone. Fun old house. We stayed in the upper level room which was a bit hard to ventilate with only one small window. Nice public spaces. Would be great for a group stay, everybody with their own room yet capacious public space to gather. Fabulous location. Several great restaurants literally next door or across the street.

Gorgeous room and property, very clean, walkable area. I would absolutely recommend staying here. The only thing to mention - which wasn't clear when we booked - was that this is not a full service hotel with a reception. We had to text a number to get any kind of service. Also, it was a little bit annoying that the room did not come with any kind of drinking water. It's great if they don't want to use plastic bottles and be eco-friendly but they didn't provide glass bottles of water. When we asked, we were told to drink from the bathroom sink.

Lovely hotel! Very nice room and bathroom. We really enjoyed the unique style and comfort. It would’ve been nice to have another blanket on the bed. Staff are amazing! They’re very nice and very quick to respond. We needed some assistance two times and they respond immediately. Definitely would stay here again on future trips to Quebec :)

Beautiful place with charm, room was super nice! Close to everything! Centrally located at old town Quebec. Easy parking behind the hotel. It is nicer than the pictures. Its a 3-floor house like with different rooms. Just make sure you are able to use stairs with your own luggage. We loved it!

Beautiful historic charm to this hotel, in a part of Old Quebec with so much history. A walk back in time in this old mansion. Nice spacious room with everything you need. Walking distance to so many restaurants and historical landmarks. Would highly recommend Hotel Le Clos Saint-Louis.
