“This hotel is in the IDEAL location. Convenience: Right next to the park entrance-which is great for going into the park, but also coming back when you are hot and sandy. If you want to shop souvenirs, no need to go farther than a stones throw away. There is also a private access tunnel to the beach, which, while still a small walk away, was very convenient and we made use of it many times. “Don’t book if you are looking for a nice place to stay , if you are ok with mid looking spots than go ahead.To me it had potential to be a beautiful place but they didn’t build it correctly from the start. Things look very poorly built floors are cracked and the pool looked dingy.The staff was nice tho but I didn’t want to eat there type of vibe.”

“Tico Tico was the ideal place for our two-week stay while we attended Spanish School in Quepos. We stayed in villa #12 which was exactly as shown in the photos. It was spacious, clean, and had a great open, modern aesthetic. And A/C!!! Having the kitchen was fantastic. We used the stove every day to cook eggs for breakfasts, and when we didn't want to eat out for lunch and dinner, we made sandwiches and salads. They even provided a hot water kettle so we could make coffee and tea. The location……

“The staff were super nice and always willing to help, the shuttles were so convenient, the food was delicious and the animals were right there with us, beautiful view, if you want to be emerged in the wild life and still experience luxury this place is perfect, very happy with picking this spot! My concierge was Miguel and helped me with anything I needed! 10/10 Definitely recommend.”
