“This is an excellent authentic Quito apartment. Offering plenty of space including kitchen it is well located for a stay in Quito. The rooms are clean and its charm really is its traditional feel. However what adds to the excellence is the attention to detail of the Moreno family - they are brilliant. Their aim is to ensure you have a brilliant stay and will do all they can to help this to happen - organise taxis, recommend restaurants, help you with trip planning - you ask and they will do all……

“A very comfortable well maintained historic hotel in a perfect location only steps away from independence plaza. The staff are very friendly and super helpful. A tip: get them to organise your airport transfer for US $30 (pay them directly). Breakfast was good with choices.”

“Hotel is an great location for the historic centre of Quito and was really clean and comfortable. My only issue was the rooms all overlooked the reception in a courtyard style and the door is always locked. So guests need to ring a buzzer to access the property, then when the door is opened a bell goes off. While this is not a problem in the day, when people come and go at night or early in the morning it does wake you up. A small issue in a great little hotel.”
