Only problem noted was trying to get the AC on the right temperature setting which I was eventually able to do. The location is right across the street from the Aegean Sea with a great beach one block away. The area consists of numerous fresh fish markets and a great variety of Restaurants within 3 blocks from hotel. If and when we return to Athens I will not hesitate to book this hotel."
