THE LODGE AT RAHEENGRANEY HOUSE in Raheengraney, County Wicklow
This detached cottage rests near Carnew in County Wicklow, Ireland and can sleep six people in three bedrooms.
The Lodge @ Raheengraney House is a detached property resting on the outskirts of Carnew, County Wicklow. This all-ground-floor accommodation comes with a king-size double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a king-size double which shares a shower room with a twin bedroom, together sleeping up to six people. Completing the interior is an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the outside there is ample off-road parking and a patio area with table and chairs. The Lodge is a superb base for exploring the delights of this wonderful location.
Amenities: Oil central heating and woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, books, games and DVDs, TV, WiFi. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available. Ample off-road parking. Unenclosed patio area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. One well-behaved dog welcome. Pub 0.8 miles, shop 3.3 miles. Please Note - Owner does not accept short breaks from April - September.

Town: Carnew is a market town situated in the extreme south of County Wicklow, almost on the County Wexford border. Carnew Castle, dating back to Norman times, enables you to take a step back into Irish history. For walkers, the Wicklow Way is only minutes away and the nearby Tomnafinnoge Oak Wood, one of the largest remaining oak woods in Ireland, makes a lovely spot for an autumn stroll. Carnew is 5 minutes from Coolattin’s magnificent 18-hole golf course and woodland horse riding while slightly further afield, the Wicklow Mountains, city of Dublin, and 'Ballykissangel' village of Avoca make superb destinations for an enjoyable day trip. Carnew is ideally located as a touring base for a range of interesting outings in an area steeped in history, natural beauty and culture. A scenic and peaceful choice for your Ireland adventures.
