I had an okay stay but somethings did bother me.The carpet when you walk in was dirty, the bed pillow were uncomfortable, and the breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly. It was an okaay stay, but I would not come back.

The lady at the check-in was very friendly, and answered questions I had. She seemed knowledgeable. The process was simple. The room layout is nice. The only unfortunate issue was red stains in the bathroom. The pool is also closed and that was not relayed before check-in. We chose a hotel specifically with a pool.

Everything was really nice, the staff, the rooms, the only thing was they didn’t have a drain on the ac unit in our room so the water from it was leaking onto the carpet and made that area wet.

The staff were proficient and helpful and the room was spacious. But the property seems to have deteriorated in the past years. The bathroom light did not work and was not repaired. The pool was closed . One electrical outlet did not work. There was housekeeping every third day. After no housekeeping on the first day, we were told the rooms were cleaned every second day. After the second day we were told they were cleaned every third day

Upon check in lobby had no AC. Staff person was sweating it out at the desk. Our 1st rooom had major mod in the corners of the bathroom, along the shower caulk and on the ac wall unit. We took pics and showed front desk person who assigned us a different room. Marginally better still some mold in shower and on AC unit. Would have left if we werent so tired

No towels, "full" toilet, no working phone, two soap bars in the room neither of which was new in the wrapper and an alarm that went off at 6 a.m. I told the front staff about my concerns only to be told there was nothing that could be done but I could contact the manager on Monday. I did and still waiting for her to get back with me. Never had a bad stay in a LaQuinta. Can't say that anymore.

The room had paper walls. I could hear people in other rooms talking and moving around, dogs barking and guests flushing water or taking showers. The AC was not working properly and the fan alone was not running. Absolutely uncomfortable and inconvenient. One of my worst experience
