“The room was clean and spacious enough. The shower gel was empty, (not life threatening just annoying) as we didn’t want to unpack our toiletries from our flight as we were flying again in the early am. We had dinner at a pub nearby (walking distance) and ordered dessert at the bar to bring to our room. The dessert took nearly an hour, and they brought the wrong thing. Again- not a huge deal, but 45 min to deliver the wrong items is bizarre. The staff was kind enough, and we didn’t complain……

“Having never stayed before at the Crazy Bear I went in with high expectations, however I didn’t realise the room which was meant to be a decent level, was the size of a postage stamp, just enough room for a double bed, no spa even though it was advertised as that’s the other venue not Steadhampton. Overall less than impressed, especially for the money, probably the most expensive hotel you can stay in per square foot, which was about 12. ”
