“Lifts weren’t working and the room was tiny with a sloping roof - not good for the money paid! The bathroom was also small with the mirror on the sloping roof! Useless!

“The room met expectations good bed, good pillows, restful sleep. The connection to terminal five is extremely convenient. The restaurant has reasonably good food, but the service was completely overwhelmed by an unfortunate swarm of passengers thrown off of a canceled flight.”
