Pros: Breakfast server was very kind.
Cons: Dirty, nothing updated at all, not as advertised, no cleaning after our first night.
Location: Mall close by, restaurants near by, easy to find.
We arrived (my father, my daughter and myself) and noticed that the hotel room was not as pictured. No bed skirts (allowing you to see that they don't clean under the beds), 1980s bedspread, mildew on the bathroom ceiling, a short hair on the bathroom sink, dirty and cracked caulking around the bathtub, and a sloppy, stretchy slipcover on the sitting chair. I had to call the front desk twice; once at around 10:15 pm, the other time about 45 minutes later. We were in wing 7, so far away from the advertised party in the lounge. Kids running up and down the hall. The breakfast was supposedly 7-11. We arrived at 9:30 and they were just putting out food warmers. Pastries were store bought and not fresh, we had to ask for some food items. Server was very kind and efficient. The first morning we had housekeeping knock and ask if we needed towels. My father answered yes, which they apparently interpreted to mean "do not clean our room or pick up towels we've already used today". That day we left and toured around the area, coming back at around 5 to see our room had not been cleaned. I stopped by the front desk where I was told that housekeeping had recorded that we had asked our room not be cleaned. This was not the case. I asked the front desk employee ( I believe her name was Kayla) to have someone at least come pick up our dirty towels as we were heading out to dinner and a movie. After coming back at around 12 pm, towels were still there. Do not recommend at all!

Location: The race track was less then 10 miles away and that's why we were there.
Room was clean bed was comfortable, restaurant was very good,bar was also nice. Went to the NHRA races it was less then 10 miles away easy directions would stay there again without question.

need updated, its ok but the food is really good

Location: close to a lot of stuff in reading very close really and close to Gettysburg (about an Hours and other small town)
this is a older place you can tell it was around for awhile, its clean, but i have to say the food is very good so be sure to eat lunch or dinner and they have a great breakfast that is included in your stay (big choice of things)

Stayed here one night following a surgical procedure nearby. It was expensive given the bare bones room and facilities. The staff was not rude but they were certainly not going out of their way to be helpful. I will stay at another hotel next time I am in Reading even if it costs a few more bucks.

A large hotel and conference center that is a good price for the area and spacious room. Nice pool and a rare pool bar but overall its aged a lot and needs to replace carpets, upholstery, tvs, etc.

The hotel front desk staff was very nice and quick to try and resolve problems. The hotel itself had overflowing garbage cans outside, the pool was very dirty with debris floating throughout, there was a man running throughout the property that the security team was trying to chase, among other things. Our room was not serviced at all one day of our stay.
