★★★★★ Excellent stay at the Hampton Inn in Spanish Fork. The hotel was top-notch, and I had zero complaints about the room. It was immaculate, the carpet was clean, everything was in great condition, and there was plenty of parking, with most of it located behind the hotel. The customer service was exceptional. I was traveling with my dog, and travelers with pets should know that the hotel normally charges a $75 pet fee for stays of 1–5 days. Expedia did not list that fee when I booked, so that's something pet owners should be aware of. The manager was incredibly nice and, without me even asking, reduced the fee to $25 for me. He was also very accommodating and actually went outside with me to help choose a room where I would be able to see my car from the window. I was extremely impressed with that level of service. I also used the hot tub and it was fantastic. It was properly hot and the jets were strong—much better than the hot tub at the Holiday Inn Express where I had stayed previously. Another nice perk is that the hotel gives guests a 10% discount coupon for Texas Roadhouse, which is right next door. I wish I had known that before eating elsewhere! Overall, this was an excellent experience: great room, great facilities, convenient parking, and especially outstanding customer service. I would absolutely stay here again. Five stars.

Very clean, rooms are veey specious and clean. Excelent costumer service. Good breakfast. Nice game area!!.. I will defentely stay here again.
