“Really enjoyed the stay, the yurt was great and the spa sort of expensive but at the same time where else gives you full ownership of a spa for 3 hours? Not many places so for that I would say it was worth it. Very clean shower facilities were great. The yogurt itself is not very private because it’s so close to the manor when you walk out the door you’re in view of the top windows however it’s located 15 minutes away from a few different trails which were really fun to take the dog. “This accommodation is really comfortable, with the en suite bedrooms at each end of a large open plan living space. It is an ideal place for exploring the Lincolnshire countryside and the various attractions that are within easy driving distance. The location is quiet, safe for kids, secure and comfortable. The farm fresh eggs are superb. The owner is really nice and her dog Skye is lovely.”

“Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property.”

“Had such high hopes for this place, based on the images and location, but was so disappointed when we arrived. Genuinely considered leaving and paying to go elsewhere. Host was really great with communication and checking in, but wished we knew before booking that you actually stay at the scratty end of their property, with all the chicken coops and sheep. Property was much more outdated than on the pics and cupboards were dirty. On the plus side, the beds were comfy. I've never been more……

“Good overall experience with super friendly host and really good property. The main attraction was the Jacuzzi which was really big. Would definitely recommend.”

“Really didnt have anything good for this location. Tried messaging the hosts and was completely ignored and received no replies. Due to a family emergency we eventually couldn't stay. But even though contacting through Expedia and messaging g direct they totally ignored our messages. Which means they probably dont care about their guests or their reputation Please Avoid Avoid Avoid”

“Beautifully equipped Annex. The host Andy was fantastic, he even sorted out a chair for my dad who is disabled and needs to sit to shower. The accommodation was lovely, couldn’t have asked for more. Little touches like cake, wine and essentials supplied and bottles of water in your room. Will definitely 100% stay there myself again. Thank you Andy for a lovely stay.”

“Gorgeous Home!! Thankyou for letting us stay. ”
