Very pleasant stay

Posted Aug 12, 2016
I have to say i was very pleased with our stay..we had 2 adults & 3 kids. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds. So we did bring a single blow up mattress. The staff was very friendly, we showed up an hour before you could check in and they allowed us to still check in.the breakfast was really good, only complaint would be is there should be a lot more room..it gets very crowded. But the waffles were great! Also the lady was awesome at keeping up with refilling everything. .the rooms were really nice, smelled good especially for being pet friendly, mattress were very comfortable. Had no problem when we asked for more toilet paper, towels, ect. The pool was nice, just need ventilation. So I would definitely stay here again

Great Hotel close to the Beaches

Posted Aug 10, 2016
Pros: The ice cube machine, which we used to fill our cooler.
Cons: The guest with pets on another floor so that the guests without pets do nit have to listen to the constant barking
Location: Close to Rout 1 which is the major Highway to the beaches. Everything else is explained above
Really nice hotel at Rehoboth Beach area. Our microwave did not work but the staff allowed us to use the Microwave at the brakfastbar It is a little out of the way but with Public Transportation it would be no problem to reach Rehoboth Beach. Shopping was no problem Food Lion Grocery Store, Wal Mart and K Mart and Restaurants were all within walking distance. To avoid the expensive Parking charges at Rehoboth we went to the State Park Fenswick Island. For $10.00 you can can park, go to the beach and when you are done use the shower in the bathhouse, which is a big advantage over Rehoboth were their is no possibility to shower. In the evening we went to the Boardwalk and used the curbside parking which after 05:00 PM is free.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Very close drive to the Beach and Boardwalk. Tons of outlet shopping. Excellent location for many things to do in the area. I would stay there again!

Don't stay here

Posted Aug 2, 2016
Pros: Very little.
Cons: Read my review.
Location: Good location.
The hotel is in bad shape. Our room smelled awful. Like a musty basement and a strong urine smell. The pool has chipped paint, we were rushed to eat breakfast by the lady that cleans up, the TV reception was very bad and the allow pets so we were bothered by I lots of barking. One customers dog lifted his leg on a chair in the breakfast area while we were eating. If you like this kind of stuff, this is your place! Not mine...

For the cost, the hotel was well worth it. Everything went smoothly. Staff was polite and helpful. Everything was clean and neatly organized. Had no problems at all. For people who simply want to stay a night or a few nights for Rehoboth Beach, this is a good place to go to.

Not as nice as I thought

Posted Jul 30, 2016
Although most of the staff was nice there was one day they were terrible. There is no maid service for the days you are staying, just making of the beds- not even wiping the bathroom counters! The entire place smells Like fake oranges. The pool is dirty, sand and hair everywhere. Overall the experience was terrible and we will not be staying there again.

Very good. I don't like that the hotel allows pets.

Lousy Hotel

Posted Jul 3, 2016
Room smelled like a kennel. We found dog food on floor. Check in clerk was sarcastic. Side entrance wasn't working. Security latch was missing. Clerk refused to give a printout of charges.
