Clean room. Lobby carpet looks dirty but there is no smell, hotel feels/smells clean. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Yummy waffles at breakfast. Thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel overall it’s very good. The part that I like the most and it’s pet friendly every time we go to Rehobeth this is the hotel my daughter always chooses. She loves their pool so rain or shine. You can always get wet, the staff are always very friendly and accommodating. Will be back for sure.

Overall great value, large spacious rooms, great mattress and bedding with plush pillows for great comfort and comfortable nights sleep, total heat and cool comfort control, good coffee in room that doesn’t take like mud in other hotels, also coffee available in lobby, updated hotel and modern room decor, good breakfast with eggs, pastries and fresh waffles and easy parking in front.

Perfectly good place to stay. Hwy 1 makes it inconvenient from the standpoint of easy access to various road directions. Breakfast was one HUGE carbohydrate load. They really should include some fresh fruit to the continental breakfast menu, even if just apples, oranges, bananas.

The hotel itself has been very well maintained and is centrally located within a few miles of several beaches, within a mile of the tanger outlets, and close to lots of restaurants. However there is either a railroad track directly behind the hotel or the adjoining rooms hot tub literally shakes the walls in the bedroom. There is a group of people who were racing their cars outside the window both Friday and Saturday night around midnight. So sleep wasn't great either night but in no way does that take away from the hotel itself. The pool and community hot tub were both open and had several guests during my stay.

i loved the jacuzzi tub in the room, and i really liked the room set up in general for room 222 i didnt however like how much chlorine was in the pool/hottub room, it was very harsh on the eyes, and made it hard to enjoy longer then 10-15 minutes even without going under the water breakfast was also a little off. the hard boiled eggs were not good at all, and there were no plates so guest were putting large waffles in tiny styrofoam bowls all in all a pretty decent stay

I really liked the area of the property bcuz it's quiet and close to almost everything. The only reason I disliked the stay was that we were only given 2-bath towels, no wash cloths or hand towels. So when we got off work I had asked for some and woke up around midnight and still hadn’t received any, so I asked the next shift person and she asked if we put towels in the hallway and I told her that I didn’t get any to begin with and I surely wouldn’t throw them out in the hallway after 6pm, but she did give me 2- bath towels 3-washcloths and 2-hand towels. Altogether we had 4-bath 3-washcloths and 2-hand towels when we checked out. First time stay and I had no idea about the towel policy nor the channels to t.v. One of my key cards did not work either.

The inconvenience for me was the $100 holding fee that is not found no where. How ever it was explained to me that it was for smoking. But I pick a nonsmoking room. My room had hair all over the place bathroom was not cleaned. The pool area needed better lights it was very dark in that area. Hot tub needs to be updated. The water for breakfast had the crazy taste. But over all. It a great stay. I would stay again. The evening Clark was very nice.

the rugs were filthy in the hallway, the door did not have a lock on the rest room in the pool area and one of the attendants at the front desk was not very friendly-female-young on Sat morning. The breakfast bar was empty and I had to ask her to get more milk and she took her time. Get better attendants to have better bedside manners for guests

Great value overall. Rooms have superb bedding, mattress by BeautyRest, great pillows, modern decor, mini fridge and microwave in large spacious room. This midcentury modern hotel has been completely renovated and updated. Free breakfast offers muffins, pastry, bagels, eggs, buttermilk waffles and cream cheese for toast, cereals.

Pro- the staff was nice and tried their best. Cons- the room was a dirty, ketchup marks on the walls that i easily wiped clean with a wet towel. Crayon marks on the light switches and blinds. Again, it wiped off easy with a wet towel, so whoever cleaned the room did a horrible job. Not all of the lights in the room were working. I asked for blankets and pillows for the pull out sofa bed and was told there are no pillows, i was giving a sheet and a thin blanket. I ended up going to walmart down the road to buy bed items for me to use that night since the motel didnt have them. The keys didnt work 3 times so i was given a master room key to use during my stay....... The towels for the pool are literally 11"x18" bar rags. Paper thin walls and the TV in the lobby is on all night long. I had 2 nights booked but left after one because we couldn't sleep through the noise coming through the walls. The property has potential, but the owners or management company doesn't seem to have the financial ability to improve the place. Its had some renovations done, but very poorly done. Large gaps in the flooring, mounds of chaulk in the bathroom, multiple drill holes in the doors, etc.... Its currently a motel trying to be a hotel.

The hotel is great. The carpets are really, disgusting dirty. The hotel does not have an elevator which means carrying all luggage up a flight of stairs.
