Ocean front hotel

Very bad hotel needs to change their carpet entire hotel . Our rooms had bed bugs room 203 they changed our room still very uncomfortable with the experience of bed bugs . Staff friendly we wanted to leave by 12:00 instead of 11:00 am they said they have to charge us &35 per hour extra .

Clean and Comfy

We ran down to Delaware to check on our camper and stayed at the Sands. We have stayed here in the past and returned to find it just as nice as before. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was decorated for the holidays and just looked gorgeous. We stayed ocean front and it was fabulous to watch the sun come up. We will be back!

Holiday Shopping Weekend

Pros: Ocean Front Room - Great Scenery
Cons: Its a little out dated but very clean.
Location: Tanger Outlet Shopping, Restaurants and great night life....
The Hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We happen to visit on December 9th when it was snowing. We came down for a shopping weekend and relaxing before all the celebrations begin. Thank you.

I don't understand why you would post something like this. Did you inform the desk of your dissatisfaction, did you have an inspection of your room to verify your claim. We have had no issues or anyone come to our desk this past week with such an accusation. Before you complain about a stay you should at least give the hotel a chance. Thank you

Room wasn't ready had to wait watched 6-8 couples checking in before us. One girl at counter was not pleasant. Soda machines didn't work just not a good experience

We are sorry that you had to wait for your room when you arrived. We have 14 different types of room accommodations, so if others were checking in that possible had a different kind of room or view than yours. Also, there are four soda machines located on property and we did not have a complaint this past weekend in reference to any of them being out of order.

resigned to accept the shortcomings

Location: A few steps to the boardwalk and the beach, a block to shopping and many very good restaurants A short drive to the movies and the discount stores
We stay here often because this hotel has what we need, two rooms, fridge, microwave and it's on the boardwalk. Moreover, Expedia gives us a very good rate. We have learned to accept what we don't like. The rooms and the corridors were particularly warm during this past weekend, and there is no way to open a window. Although pricier, we recommend taking a room with a balcony. There really should be a table somewhere, in the living room, for instance. The bathroom is small, and there is no handle bar in the shower, which makes it a bit tricky to get in and out. In general, there is a need for some updating. But the room was clean and well stocked. The receptionists are usually very pleasant; this time they were a bit surly. The advantages outweigh the disadvantages, for us, in any case.

Excellent location on boardwalk.

Location: The hotel is located right on the boardwalk. Excellent access to the beach. Plenty of opportunities for bikers and hikes. Great shopping nearby, Many
We stayed in Rehoboth off season but Atlantic Sands Hotel & Conference Center's location made us feel like we were in the middle of all the important Rehoboth happenings.Our room had a balcony and ocean view. We enjoyed the free parking and immediate access to the boardwalk. The hotel is also only a short walk from Rehoboth Ave - the main energetic street of the town- with all the main stores,cafes,restaurants.

Very nice relaxing, only negative was front desk assigned room wrote room number on key card went to room someone already in room had to return to front desk for new room very surprised off season not very crowded

Great price and location

The front desk was pleasant and accommodating. The room was clean. The bed was a little hard for our taste. I would recommend this hotel.
