OVERVIEW: A charming OCEAN BLOCK home in North Rehoboth Beach and steps to the northern end of the Rehoboth Beach boardwalk. There is a lovely enclosed porch on the first level and a second-level balcony where guests enjoy relaxing views of Lake Gerar and the Atlantic Ocean.
Inside, this home features hardwood floors on both the first and second levels and four bedrooms and three bathrooms. The kitchen can be found to the rear of the house, while a living and dining space is to the front, located just inside the enclosed porch facing Lake Avenue. One bedroom and bathroom are on the first floor as well, with the remaining bedrooms located on the second level with two bathrooms. Enjoy the outdoor space with a gas grill, picnic table, and outdoor shower.
LOCATION: Steps from the beach and boardwalk on Lake Ave. There is a community playground across the street, views of Lake Gerar, and great ocean views from the roof top deck.
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. three vehicles.
AMENITIES: Outdoor shower, washer, dryer, ceiling fans, lovely outdoor space, and high-speed internet.
THINGS TO KNOW: Streaming services only with high-speed internet. Window AC units, no central AC. Linens are not supplied. However, the host does offer a rental package for guests. No pets and no smoking.
