“An absolute gem in the best location, great staff with everything near by, looking forward to returning!”

“Great accommodations and helpful host.”

“Clean updated apartment in a great location with many restaurants with outdoor dining right outside the entrance door. This was my first time using a Vrbo rental instead of hotels and overall a great and stress free experience. The entrance and apartment door use a keypad password so they are straightforward to access the apartment. The only thing that took me a minute in finding the apartment is it is on floor 1 but I was thinking ground floor you enter from the street similar to apartment I……

“Host has great communication. Parking and getting into the complex was easy. Location is bit away but is about an easy 12 mins walk to Spanish Steps. You'll be experiencing places where the locals eat - make sure you make reservations. Markets to get essentials are nearby. Oberall a wonderful place to stay!”

“Fa schifo! Il sistema per la chiava, l’ascensore non funziona bene, la cucina, no accesso con scale, sola un adcensore… mai di nuovo! I dipendenti erano molto gentili ma il sistema fa schifo. Mai di nuovo, mi dispiace.”

“The check in process was easy but had some trouble figuring out the electric lock. Also a little confusing that there is a key for the apartment door but you cannot use the key with the electronic lock in place. The place was up several flights of stairs. There is a small elevator that held 2-3 people. The apartment was clean and the a/c worked well. It was the perfect location with Spanish steps and trevi fountain nearby and many other sights just a short walk. We would definitely stay here……

“I often do not write reviews. This was a phenomenal property and exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, air conditioning that was strong, 2 fabulous rooms, kitchen, sitting area, and great bathroom. Our only minor hiccup was checking in but was mostly my error in arriving early and getting confused on the entry procedures. Great, great location and easily accessible to all the major sites. We got a cab 2x because of tour times. This place would get my highest recommendation to rent. I……

“The property was a great find. It's minutes away from the Colosseum and relatively close walk to St. John Lateran, the Sancta Scala and Santa Maria Maggiore. There are lots of food options and places to buy your incidentals. Alberto was a great host and always responded on a timely manner. It's a great spot that I would be happy to book again.”
