“This was a highlight on our drive from Lyon to Nice. In the charming small town of Fossano Italy, this beautiful former monastery was a special treat. Service was outstanding - friendly, respectful with English spoken flawlessly from many of the staff. Our room, with sky high vaulted wood beamed ceiling was immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. Modern bathroom with finished concrete bath and lovely toiletries. We enjoyed an apero in the bar ( complete with complimentary charcuterie……

“Ein wunderschöner alter Palazzo der mit viel Liebe restauriert wurde. Auch unseren Wunsch nach früheren Frühstück wurde uns erfüllt. Man fühlt sich wie in einem Museum und es ist ein Privileg in so einer Umgebung schlafen und essen zu dürfen.
