“The apartment was spotlessly clean and well laid out, with a very comfortable bed. The location was convenient to public transport and shopping, with a Rewe across the street for groceries. However, it was right next to a streetcar line, and really loud all day and most of the night. I barely slept. Earplugs were provided, which showed the property knew it was loud.
