Relaxing private Villa with swimming pool nestled among Olive Groves
Nestled among the olive groves in the quiet village of Pylona is our private villa with a swimming pool. Relax in the peaceful surroundings with uninterrupted views. The villa is perfect for couples and families looking for a peaceful holiday. Lazy days can be spent soaking up the sun around the swimming pool, followed by a barbecue in the evening while watching the sunset from the roof terrace. The villa is only a 5-10 minute drive from the tourist areas of Lindos, Pefkos and Lardos where there are numerous bars, restaurants, shops and sandy beaches to explore.
Inside you will find a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, kettle, Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine, air fryer, fridge freezer and washing machine. There is also a dining table with seating for 6 people.
The lounge has a 40" smart TV with DVD player, Xbox 1 and Wii U. Books, DVDs, video games and board games are available. Wi-Fi and air-conditioning are also included
From the lounge, the doors lead onto the pool terrace, where there is a dining table and chairs overlooking the private swimming pool.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air-conditioning and a balcony overlooking the gardens on the property. A further staircase leads onto the roof terrace with uninterrupted views of the surrounding olive groves and Mount Attavytos in the distance. This is the perfect place to watch the sun set while relaxing on the sofas with a gin and tonic.
Sunbeds and parasols surround the private swimming pool, which hosts the sun all day. In the gardens, there is a traditional Greek barbecue and more seating areas for alfresco dining and relaxation.
Car hire is essential when staying at the Villa, if required we can help to arrange this as we know a few reputable car hire firms in the area that we use.
As of January 2025, the Greek Government have replaced the old 'bed tax' with a new tax that is applied to all stays in short-term rental accommodation in Greece. The Climate Resilience Levy is a response to the devastating forest fires and floods that Greece has experienced in recent years, with the government hoping to generate extra funding that will go towards financing reconstruction, supporting victims, and increasing the country's defences against future natural disasters. The owners of all short-term rental accommodation are legally obliged to collect the Climate Resilience Levy as a separate tax for all overnight stays (per villa) as follows: April - October €15 per night. Whilst we understand the potential budget concerns of our guests, this tax/levy is beyond our control, and we see this as a way of contributing to the protection of the planet and the beautiful area you will be holidaying.
