“The apartment is new and comfortable. The view outside is beautiful.”

“it is very stylish modern house, spacious, clean and tidy. The owner is very friendly and helpful. I really recommend it to those who would like to stay in this area of TAS. It only takes 18 mins drive to see the Penguins. Supermarket just next door but they close at 6:00. ”

“New and cozy”

“have free parking nearby. Overall room is still ok. Many kitchen appliances, utensil and seasonings can use. But the bed cover with many black dots. it looks so awful and so scare. But when touch it, they are the fluff of the cover. It is better to pay attention to this. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Buttons Cottage and couldn't have asked for a better place to relax. The cottage was cosy, clean, well-equipped, and surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, making it the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The peaceful location was ideal for unwinding, while still being a great base to explore the surrounding area. We especially loved waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the stunning rainforest setting. Our host was friendly, welcoming, and……

“A fantastic tiny home experience. Cosy, warm and comfortable, we went to sleep with a view of the stars and only the sounds of the wallabies on their nocturnal wanderings. ”

“Nice location, very clean, great hot shower, adequately equipped kitchen and good heating. Lounge furniture a little sparse and uncomfortable. The only issue was the bed. While clean and in good condition, but the mattress far too soft for us. Didn’t sleep at all well, woke with back ache.”

“Not suitable for a winter stay no source of heating other than outside wood heater. Bed was cold and damp even with the electric blanket. Very limited indoor space. Location very nice and peaceful would be good in summer.”

“My husband, myself and our dog stayed 3 nights over the Easter break. So gorgeous. Open fire inside was so cozy in this cute little cottage. Wine by the fire pit with the sounds of the running creek was relaxing and just what we needed. Sadly we did not get to met Brian and his wife, hopefully next time. Absolutely highly recommend. Make sure you visit Guide Falls, stunning. We will be back. Country side breathtaking ”

“Well-appointed unit. Warm and cosy. I was a little surprised that it was behind a cafe.I also found the lighting difficult for reading or knitting at night.”

“A great little apartment. Had all the comforts of home, at a great price too!Love how the animals can free roam. The host even provided an earlier check-in as requested.... highly needed due to a "Red-Eye" flight from WA.”

“This is not going to be a good report Upon arriving It was the filthiest accommodation that we have ever stayed in A sign says take your shoes off but wearing white socks were soiled very quickly The filth in the bathroom in the shower tracks looks like they haven’t been cleaned for years Kitchen had to be wiped down before you put anything on the benches stove looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for years The bbque was unusable Cobwebs DustCutlery draw was dirty Linen in cupboard not folded……

“The home came with every requirement;every imaginable comfort. We saw the platypus in the dam! Had dinner in town, just a short drive away.”

“Amazing amazing amazing. We stayed for 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. The unique handcrafted house is delightful and the views are out of this world. Great location to do day trips to Cradle Mountain. Des is a great host and we hope one day we will be back. Thank you”
