I was supposed to stay at the Boulevard Inn for my birthday but could not make it because of a snow storm. The very nice Inn manager told me I could rebook but needed to go through Expedia. Expedia told me that they could not get through to the Inn to get the cancellation approved. Then they told me I had called to cancel too late. Happy Birthday to me--$350 poorer!
