Contacted the front desk shortly after checking in to advise there was a leak. Was told maintenence would be up to take a look. An hour later contacted the front desk a second time and was told someone from maintenence would be up shortly. Waited up until midnight and noone came. Woke up this morning and the AC was still leaking. I went to the front desk at 10:30am to explain the floor was extremely wet and i placed towels on the floor to prevent a possible slip/fall situation. I explained that i made 2 un answered calls the reply received was "Are you checking out?" I feel there was zero empathy and or concern.

This property did not have any air and it was over 95 degrees outside. When I walked into the facility, the staff had fans on them. I asked the staff was something wrong with the air conditioning before I checked in and he said no.

Our soccer team stayed there and every room had A/C issues. Our a/c did not work and they couldn’t switch us until morning. Teams had rooms with water dripping. The bathrooms are so teeny as well. The whole team had to transfer to another hotel because of all the issues. Do not say. Pictures are old.

The check in Lady in the front was very friendly, and all staff. They make you feel like your at home and the breakfeast omlets were cook and season to perfection! My family loves the breakfest buffy and how they didnt have to clean up but the staff came and took the old plates away!

Pool n gym was not open. Was not on website did not find out til we checked in. First room we were assigned had a leak suite floor was completely wet. Second room bathroom had toilet touching the door. Carpet needs to be removed dirty. Two elevators out of four were down. For the price you paid amenities need to be what you normally expect from an Embassy Suite. This was the worst one I have ever visited

This Hotel is terrible. We’ve actually stayed here and other Embassy Suites in years past. But this particular hotel has gone way down hill. From the minute we walked it to mildew smelling hallway carpets, broken elevators, caution tape around the dining area and damaged walls throughout the hotel and interior of the room. Tried to lower the 75° air within our room so we could sleep comfortably and it only increased in temperature each hour we were there. I called the front desk and they offered a box fan. Went down to have a drink (for the happy hour) and calm down only to be told they have a five drink juice flavored drink menu and budlight. DO NOT STAY AT THiS HOTEL!!! We were charge $270/night $10 parking. Never again, you’ve lost you luster Embassy Suites. Couldn’t include photos in this review, but did on Trip Advisor and YELP…,

The bathroom was smaller than NYC bathrooms, I have seen. Our shower was leaking and was suppose to get looked at but that never happened. There was a tear in our curtain. We needed new sheets and it took 3 calls to get them. The first time they brought the wrong size sheets. The second time they brought a stack of 15 pillow cases (doesn't make any sense why anyone would need that many pillowcases). The 3rd time was when they got it right. We ordered two canned margaritas at the bar and the bartender tipped himself $6.50 without our consent. The breakfast was good. They had an omelet station, a variety of dry cereal, and other breakfast items. The inside of the hotel is beautiful. The elevators take too long.
