This hotel is ok but lacking in some basic things. Great location, easy street parking, and great rooftop. The problems: The room had a strange odor but was tolerable. After a night out we came back to the room and discovered there were no cups for water in the room and the vending machine was empty. We tried texting the number in our welcome packet but no one replied. The bathroom soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Lastly, Expedia gold membership got us nothing at this VIP hotel. Most issues weren’t problem enough on their own but by the end of the trip it left a bad taste and I won’t be back.

Loved this hotel. The rooms were nice size, private elevator requires a key to move between floors, and provided valet parking. Staff was very professional and was willing to meet me and my sons needs.
The only drawnack was they do not have a dedicated parking lot for you to self park. You can do your own parking however it will be on the street and therefore not guaranteed to still be avalivle if you leave. So bring money and pay for the valet, its worth it.
Unlike other Graduate Hotels we have stayed at -- and we are VERY loyal to The Graduate Columbus (Ohio) -- the only thing "cool" and "modern" about this hotel is the lobby. Once you go into the actual room, it is very noticeably just a renovated, very old Marriott/Hilton/Hyatt. There is so much dirt and mold at the baseboards, with the bathroom having the hideous venting noise. But the actual worst part of the hotel room itself was that is was 74 degrees and it was HOT outside.
No way to adjust the air conditioning temperature!
I could not sleep -- and did not sleep -- the entire night because I was so hot. Also, please note, I have never done an Expedia review so the temperature of my room was egregious enough for me to write one.
And they charged me for a drink, in the morning, when I did not get one.
