“The room is spacious. Hotel reception puts us in a room far from the pub, which is quiet and comfortable. No air conditioning but I feel ok in June if the windows are open with the fan on. The only improvement is that the room should have a kettle for guests to make hot water. We have to go to the pub and ask for hot water every day, which is not convenient (also I think it may cause inconvenient to the pub owner too)”

I liked this hotel, and always chose to stay here when I was in Basel. The room is big enough, the breakfast is various and delicious. There is a bus station and convenient to arrive many places in the city. The only thing I wanted to complain was the aircondition. When I was there this May, the weather was cold, the room was very cold too. The ac didn't work. I called the front desk, they said they aleady open the ac for me and should be workable. But the room still was very cold. Finally they……
