The residence hotel has been recently renovated and the apartments are nicely furnished and have all that you need for your stay. The kitchen is functional although could use an upgrade, the bedrooms are very nice and the beds and beddings are very comfortable. The noiseless climate control is very efficient and you can set a different temperature in the living and sleeping areas. Wonderful eat-in balcony with ocean view (we asked for the top floor facing the ocean and they were able to accommodate us). My family and I used to stay at Queen Residence over a decade ago and it was already a pleasant stay, now it has only improved. The staff is very cordial and helpful especially Andrea. I would strongly recommend and we will stay at Queen Residence again.

Great location, staff responds and helps when needed. The only issue is they don't clean the room during your stay, we stayed for 6 days and the room was never cleaned unless we pay 10 Euros per day to clean it. Other than this issue things are fine
