Villa Volcano is also the perfect base for exploring the region: Fondachello beach, Taormina, Mount Etna and Catania are just a short drive away, while to the south you can reach Syracuse, the Vendicari nature reserve, and the baroque towns of the Val di Noto.

The outdoor area of the property made of garden and terraces is over 8000 square meters and feature a beautiful private infinity pool size 3.90x19 mt. depth from 0.20 to 1.40 with saltwater purification equipped with sun beds; there is also a private hot tub size 2.70x2.70 mt.
The guest will enjoy an equipped outdoor dining area with Barbeque and wood oven where to organize al fresco meals.

Villa Volcano is a modern home built with an eco-conscious design, using sustainable technologies such as solar thermal and photovoltaic panels, underfloor heating and cooling, and energy-efficient window frames. The house develops in 3 floors and cover a total of 350 square meters.
The ground floor includes a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living area with floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the terraces, garden, and pool.
Upstairs, the sleeping area features three double bedrooms, each with private patio and en-suite shower bathroom. On the lower floor, there is a fourth double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and minibar, along with a private wellness area that includes a large whirlpool tub, sauna, Turkish bath, emotional shower, and fitness area.
Fully air-conditioned, the villa offers all modern comforts: Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, electric and microwave ovens, espresso and American coffee machines, wine cooler, ice maker, barbecue area with wood-fired oven, and private parking.

Please note:
A young couple lives discreetly in a reserved area of the property and takes care of maintenance of the house, garden, and pool. The pool and wellness zone (whirlpool, emotional shower, and relaxation area) are freely accessible; sauna and Turkish bath require a 3-hour notice to the on-site staff.

The villa is located just few km from the coast and the town of Riposto about 5 km; where guests can find all services needed; the nearest beach is 6 km away; Catania Airport 32 km; Taormina 24 km; Mount Etna 14 km.

Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.

A security deposit of 500 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
Tourist tax: 2.00 € per night per person excluding children up to 12 years, to pay cash on arrival.
