“Nice staff, clean room, good breakfast.”

“The hotel is a former days in under renovation. A few shady characters and broken down cars were on the property and most of it appears to be remodel related. The coffee was good and the young man behind the counter was exceptional. Our first room had the ceiling falling down in the sink so we moved. Room two was much better and was clean. The breakfast is cereal with a few honey buns and coffee.”

“Clean,convenient to everything and friendly staff(especially front desk)made my extended trip more enjoyable and relaxing.”

“Staff friendly, property was clean, but the bathroom could have been cleaner there was urine on the side at the base of the toilet.”

“The a/c unit sweated and left water on the floor, but it wasn't a problem. Had room for me to walk the dog. Spoke with one lady who cleaned the rooms and she was very sweet. I took my broom and mop to keep our room clean and I even had my own towels and didn't use the ones provided.”

“Great getaway. Really relaxing.”

“The Farmhouse was very nice, peaceful and quiet; wish we could have stayed longer. This would have been a great place to have the grandchildren with us. Lineville is just down the road, small town but all that you should need is right there. Oxford is close by with shopping center and restaurants. I visited a Catholic Church in Oxford for Sunday mass. Cheaha is also close by with all the hiking you could ask for.”
