The receptionist crew was excellent. Checked to make sure the room was ready and what we needed and even helped us with our luggage. (Which was super nice as I was traveling with a couple older ladies.)

Staff was very nice, but almost never in the lobby. Room was good. I enjoyed the layout; separate living room, kitchen, and bedroom. The floors were dirty though. They made our feet black after 10 minutes of walking on them. Also found used q-tips under the bed, along with hair, dust, and candy wrappers. Cleaning crew here needs to get it together. Walls are very thin. Overall, not a bad stay, but also not great.

Hidden Gem

We were in LaGrange for baseball practice during an massive rain storm for the weekend. The hotel location was not the best, which does not reflect the quality that will be waiting. Truly a hidden gem. They were very accommodating, and caring regarding our stay. The room and facility was excellent, and this is a great stay for baseball parents with several kids or if you want to get away. The only negative is that some business (road crews) were staying at the facility. Other than that, this will be out go to spot while for baseball stays.

The staff was amazing. Our door would not lock in our original room. We were swapped out quickly and efficiently. It was our first, but definitely not our last time with this brand.

The room was beautiful and very clean. Love the layout. On Sat morning, we did not have access to the coffee in the lobby because they did not open the lobby until 9 am. We could hear TV's and even walking/jumping from other rooms. Pet next door to us kept scratching around on the floor/walls.

Great potential

The concept for this motel is unique. They are not staffed overnight. Late checkins are accommodated via lock box. There is no elevator, so be ready to lug bags up a flight of stairs. Worst of all, it has a separate bedroom but NO DOOR!!! The space is useless without a door. And, there is plenty of room to place a door. I hope they retrofit the rooms with a door.

We stayed here locally for hurricane Helene as we have terrible trees. The place was very clean. We really like it. The only problem is the water only went from hot to pits of hell. There was no cold water, which made showering a task. Even the toilet water was so hot it was steaming up on you if you were sitting. Not sure it was every room or just ours. Overall we had a great stay though.
