Front desk to busy talking to each other and not waiting on customers. Pool closed with no notice online, one of the reason we wanted to stay there. Noboby clean are room. We went out for the day got back at 3 oclock room not cleaned bed not made.

We were offered a free breakfast with our stay but were given a bill after breakfast. There was no orange juice, only milk instead of creamers for coffee, omelets and pancakes were not available and service was slow.

I was traveling with my Daughter we booked through app because it had an indoor pool. The pool was closed. She was clearly upset but we were tired and had already paid. We didn’t want to cause a fuss, much like other guest we’re about other things, so we just went about our night but it was very disappointing for what we paid.

The property is outdated and in very bad shape. Terrible bathrooms. Toilets did not had a cover! Food was ok but kitchen was constantly out of stock of many breakfast items. Staff was very nice… only plus of my stay.
