Amazing Experience in a One-of-a-Kind Property!
We traveled with a group of 6 adults - 3 couples - and loved our experience at Drew and Mary Lynn’s property. The house is set up perfectly for a group with a “main lodge” for hanging out, separate bedrooms with en suites for privacy as needed, a fun pool area and great sound and lighting systems throughout the property to listen to music and keep the vacation vibes going. The gym is next level. Our group has traveled all over the world and we’ve never encountered a vacation rental with a commercial quality gym - amazing! Breakfast each day felt luxurious and was delicious. The traditional Honduran dinner was outstanding and we would recommend all future visitors inquire about it! Larissa and the team did an awesome job of preparing meals and keeping the property spotless. Having our awesome driver, Abraham, on standby made the entire vacation seamless and relaxing. Finally, Drew and Mary Lynn went out of their way to help with requests and to make us feel appreciated and special through out the trip. We would all highly recommend this property without any reservation to anyone considering Roatan. You won’t regret it!

Fantastic stay
Our group of 8 stayed here for a week. Being up in the trees overlooking the reef was amazing. A peaceful spot up away from it all. It's close to areas like the West Bay & West End, but also the sort of place you'll be happy to just spend the day lounging in the sun. Larissa and her crew were great, we enjoyed the food quite a bit! And don't miss signing up to have Abraham drive you around the island. He was a fun companion, and was helpful steering us in the right directions. We were impressed at how responsive & punctual he was throughout the week. Drew, his staff, and the house were all a big part in making our trip to Roatan a success.

Truly Unique and Fantastic
This is our second year at the Jungle Canopy Tree House. We loved it so much that we came back again. And our second stay did not disappoint! The hosts of this property are top notch. We had some emergency issues with our travel and they completely accommodated us from start to finish. They went above and beyond in making our stay the most comfortable and relaxing. The pictures and description is spot on and you can be rest assured that everything will be perfect for your stay. I would recommend the five star driver and personal chef as added options for your stay. They know the island and they take extra time to make sure your stay is tailored to your preferences. You can't go wrong with this choice for your special group and family vacation!

4th Stay and always best place to stay
This is our Families 4th stay with Drew and his staff. Again they never fail to impress and provide a top quality experience. From the Kitchen to the accommodations and Pool area everything is 5stars. The location is excellent close enough to West End, West Bay, grocery shopping and the Airport. We look forward to staying here many more times.

Roatan Tree House
We came with a group of 12. We called to verify that there were 6 bedrooms. They said there was, it was only a 5 bedroom. The bedroom quality varied widely. One bedroom did not have a bath you had to run down 5 stairs into the main house. Another bedroom did not have attached bathroom, it was just a toilet and vanity within the room. Several guests had to share bedrooms and bathrooms. Then on Wednesday we switched rooms so everyone had a turn being inconvenienced. The girls that came and cooked everyday were great. However all 12 guest became ill with a stomach bug and were sick for some part of the week. It appears this is a common thing for visitors to Honduras. Roatan was my least favorite trip to Caribbean. There was literally no where to walk around the area by the house. It was dusty and there was garbage all over the streets. Also the airfare was super high to get there from North Carolina, couldn't figure that out. There are many other beautiful places to go like Saint Martaan or Saint Kitts.

Just to clarify . We currently have five beautifully appointed and spacious suites ,as many previous 5 star reviews have lauded about .Three suites have double vanity and double shower enclosures , The lovely poolside cottage has a single shower bathroom en suite . and the new Over Waterfall suite is brand new and very well appointed ,has its own private terrace overlooking the Caribbean, the bathroom is literally 4 covered steps down and has a single shower and is also very nicely appointed !. In total the estate has 5 suites and access to 8 full bathrooms in total all with showers . In addition The Main roads on Roatan are currently being upgraded to first world levels ,with sidewalks and bike lanes ,and so happens the area in front of the Estate is currently where the municipality are working ,so yes a bit dusty during grading and prepping and new hardscape installation ,the slight inconvenience at the moment will see in the next month or two the completion of this stretch of brand new hi quality infrastructure completed & for this we are extremely excited and grateful . That being said the expansive treehouse cabanas and pool are set back in the Jungle canopy in the center of 4 acres of beautifully lush tropical landscaped mature gardens ( 18 years in the making ),so no impact from new road while your enjoying the very private pool and home. ((((: .

It’s like staying at your own resort!
This place is truly spectacular! We were a group of seven adults who traveled to Roatan for a diving vacation and we were so incredibly impressed with the Green Room Jungle Canopy! It has everything you need to enjoy your time on Roatan, along with so much more. The property really does make it feel like you're on a private resort. If its anything I can say about this property, is to hire Abraham as your driver. Our group considered driving ourselves for the longest time, but ultimately ended up hiring Abraham and it was the best decision we made! He was more than a driver, but also a concierge, tour guide and by the end of the week, our friend! Can't praise his services enough. We also very much appreciated Larissa's cooking while we were there. She accommodated an early breakfast for our group, as we were usually headed out early to scuba dive. We would always return to a clean space and even clean laundry. Our group loved hanging in the pool, cooking in the kitchen, playing games on the deck and interacting with Long John the macaw. We were each able to have our own space, which made the experience even better. 10/10 would recommend this place for your next trip to Roatan. I'm already dreaming of my next visit and can't wait to come back.

AMAZING PROPERTY, HOST AND STAFF!
It’s really hard to describe what an incredible property this is! We were a group of 10 (5 couples) celebrating our wedding on the island. We chose Drew’s place after much consideration (mainly equal sleeping arrangements for couples) and could not have picked a more perfect resort for our group. It is absolutely stunning! The pictures don’t even begin to do it justice. Drew was an amazing host; super responsive and kind. Larissa and Kenya were wonderful and took care of everything, and were so sweet! And of course we can’t forget our driver, Abraham!! Having his services for the week was an absolute must; not only was he super responsive when we needed him, but he’s an awesome person (I think he had a lot of fun with us too!). We really enjoyed the privacy, and spent several days not even leaving the property at all. The speakers were great so we could play our music by the pool. We also had the girls cook us dinner for (what we thought was) our last night, and it was amazing. We wound up getting stuck on the island for two extra days due to fires on the mainland (they closed the airport), but thankfully Drew didn’t have any guests coming in immediately after us. He was so helpful and allowed us to stay two extra nights and worked with us on the extra costs. Some in our group really enjoyed the gym, and gained a lot of fitness knowledge and tips from Drew. *One side note (as our parents were initially planning to come on the trip but had to back out) - I would say if you have any mobility issues this would not be a good choice. There are A LOT of steep stairs up to the complex, and even with most of us being in relatively good shape it was a heck of a workout; especially in the heat! Book this property, you will not regret it! We will definitely return.

Our stay at the home was very nice. Larissa and Kenya were excellent at meeting our needs and if you stay I would strongly recommend having them cook for your party. The food they made was amazing and was honestly better than anything we had out at a restaurant! You cannot stay at this house without a car. While the ocean is within view, it is not within walking distance. While you could probably get around on your own, I felt much safer having Abe as our driver and tour guide. He was great at getting our party of 8 around the island to see some sites. He arranged a snorkeling trip that was a highlight. The House is very unique and well kept. The best views are from the dining room/living room, pool is all jungle views which are also beautiful. Others had mentioned water as an issue and we did experience this briefly but as soon as I messaged Drew the issue was immediately resolved. So this was not a problem for us and I was super happy with how quickly the staff took care of our needs. It's more like a boutique hotel than a VRBO. Thanks so much for a very enjoyable stay!!!

Water Shortage
While, the overall rating on the property was good, there was one thing that caused our family considerable trouble. The water situation needs remedying. Everyone in our group(10) had issues with not having any(NONE) water to brush teeth, bathe, or shave, OR the water stopped halfway thru a shower This happened daily and for a supposedly jungle paradise, this was very inconvenient and annoying. Management seemed to think that it was no big deal. We found out later that previous customers also experienced the same problem. Ownership should make people aware that there is a problem with the water supply. The breakfast package was well worth it and the 2 women(Larissa and Kenya) were outstanding. I think that a car should be noted on the website as a necessity. You need to drive to get anywhere. The driver(Abraham) was excellent and he was available at all times. He was able to guide us to many local spots and attractions.

Thank you for your constructive & helpful comments . We take our guests comfort and vacation experience very seriously. As I write this we have contracted a construction team to expeditiously build a brand new gravity driven 30,000 gallon cistern on the highest elevation point of the extensive estate property, this will completely mitigate any chance of this hiccup happening again . We have also replaced all the electronics and sensors on our deep aquifer existing well ,which immediately increased pressure. As our previous reviews attest ,we have never had any significant issues with water pressure prior to this . With a pool ,2 waterfalls ,13 total showers ,large laundry ,Gym and 5 acres of landscape irrigation, its quite a large operation /production . That said we have maintained very high standards throughout our 19 year history owning & developing the beautiful Jungle Canopy estate and will continue to do so as we add even more fun amenities for our future guests . 2023 Roatan vacation
Very unique property! Well run and owner continues improving. Drew, Larissa, Abraham, and crew are very nice and accommodating. You can tell they take pride in their establishment. We came with a group of eight(4 couples) and the rental was perfect with a stocked bar, pool, plenty of outside seating areas. The driver, Abraham, knows the island well and everyone on the island seemed to know Abe. Larissa prepared great breakfasts , even did our laundry. Spectacular views and great landscaping and lighting. The resident macaw was fun to watch and listen to.

This place is truly special...like out of a movie. The facility is multi-leveled and built into the side of a hill in the middle of the jungle. The staff is truly outstanding, and they make sure that the place is impeccable. The owner, Drew, really cares about the quality of your stay. There were a few questions that I had during the trip, and he responded immediately. I'm going back.

5 star Holiday Vacation
My family & I had the pleasure of staying at the Green Room Jungle Canopy Estate over Christmas week. There were 9 of us and it was one of the most unique and enjoyable experiences we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the serene, peaceful atmosphere of the property and the breathtaking views of the jungle and ocean. The treehouse itself was amazing - spacious, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated for the holidays. We especially loved the orange Christmas tree with butterflies and snowflakes! It was great having a sound system everywhere on the property to play music. My husband really liked the private Island Gym! The pool with colorful lights and plants was also incredible. We had such a great time swimming, surrounded by the natural beauty of the jungle. And let's not forget Long John, the on-site macaw, and the singing frogs - they added so much fun and excitement to our stay. We are also grateful to our host Drew and his wonderful staff - Larissa, Fanny, Abraham, and Samir - who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were always available to answer any questions. Abraham, our driver, was also fantastic, taking us on amazing tours and showing us the best spots in the area. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or a more hospitable host. The Green Room Jungle Canopy Estate and all the upgrade amenities - limo/driver/tour guide, breakfast and housekeeping package, and traditional Honduran dinner - were truly top-notch. We highly recommend this beautiful property to anyone looking for a unique, relaxing, and unforgettable vacation.

Incredible jungle house!
This property is a one of a kind. It is well thought out with each bedroom having its own entrance and bathrooms. The added cleaning and cooking for breakfast was well worth the money. We had 11 of us and did several different activities a day so our driver was a must have. He was responsive and always were we needed when we needed him. They gym was a perfect fit for us as most of used it every day. The bilingual bird and cat was a bonus!

Amazing Property and Staff
Thanks Drew, Larissa and Boys. Our group of 10 had the time of our lives at your property. The quality of the accommodations, the commercial kitchen, pool and decks and location were the best I have stayed at during my many trips to Roatan. The 3000sqft gym was a great addition. Larissa took great care of us from cooking to cleaning. The two Boys take excellent care of the property and house. We took advantage of the Van and Driver option as well. Drew the owner was very friendly, helpful and accommodating to our group. The masseuse that comes on site was great. Look forward to many future stays. Thanks everyone.

Great place
We loved the property. It was impeccable, clean, and very unique. The kitchen and bar that you see in the pictures are for real. The bar has a great sound system that we hooked our music into. We had a remarkable housekeeper and driver. They were both over the top excellent. We strongly recommend adding the services of the driver. He was not only a driver, but concierge, and even personal escort. We did not expect these additional services are worth the extra expense especially for a large group. Great place to stay for a week and lots to do on Roatan!

Excellent Overall Experience - Unique
My family and I stayed at the Green Room for 11 days in November. It was my wife and I, and four of our five children, aged 3 to 8. The Green Room is a unique experience, that we have already recommended to our friends. We have traveled extensively, and find that many times a resort in one country feels identical to an unrelated resort in another country. That is not the case here. We have never stayed anywhere similar to the Green Room. The facility is beautiful. The owners have provided a jungle oasis with attention to detail at every turn. A perfect environment to provide a much needed reset. The maintenance required to keep vines and trees manicured to this level, on a remote island, was not lost on me. Impressive job by the owners and their staff. It takes not only many hours, but also the vision to do so. The rooms are nicely appointed, and we never felt like we were missing anything we needed. The lounge area, commercial kitchen, and gym are all incredible. That trifecta is something unseen on other VRBOs. As for the people we met there, we enjoyed them all. Drew was a gracious host, and saw to our needs when necessary. He is a busy guy, but I would encourage you to schedule a training session with him if possible. His wealth of knowledge on fitness, and health and wellness was something we did not expect at a VRBO in Roatan. Those conversations and training gave my wife and I the nudge to make some changes in our life (to be honest I needed it more than her). Lariza was also excellent. She has a gracious soul, and our kids all loved her. We included some meals with her, as well as laundry, etc. The stay would not have been the same without her. She helped with child care on the night of our anniversary after only one day on the island, and we felt completely comfortable leaving our children with her. Our children will never forget her, especially our 3 year old daughter. Abraham, our driver, was also a very valuable addition to our vacation. Abraham was there to meet us at the airport, and did a great job over that first lunch of explaining things that were available for us to do. Those recommendations set the tone for a great vacation. He also kept my family safe, and for that I am most thankful. He was prompt and helpful to the end. I do wish we would have planned a longer stay. We saw a lot, but could have used another week to just relax. Six thumbs up. Thank you Drew and Mary Lynn and all staff

Truly the Best Vacation Ever!!!
All I can say is WOW. If you're looking for a unique getaway and need to hit the reset button this is the place to do it! Our ages ranged from 15-60 and everyone agrees that "the treehouse" is the absolute best place to come together for family and friends. From the amazing views, eclectic and stylish decor, comfortable beds, talking macaw, amazing chefs kitchen, Beautiful Lariza who took care of us and cooked for us (we tried to take her back home with us), Abraham who showed us the island and made us feel like locals and guided us on the BEST excursions, and the owner, Drew, who made us feel so welcome AND created customized workouts in the state of the art gym. I just can't say enough. We came home truly refreshed and renewed. We are already booking our next "wellness retreat" in the treehouse!

Paradise in the Trees
I can't say enough about this property. The buildings etc are just as nice as the pictures depict. Plenty of space to move about. There were 6 of us and we had so much room. If you like to cook, the kitchen is perfect ...fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. The bar / TV room area is so nice and comfortable. We gathered there each night for good family time. We took full advantage of the fantastic gym every morning with a great workout. The pool ... well it was great, especially after a day of activity .. a place to come and gather and relax. While the buildings were perfect, Lariza was the most perfect person. And man can SHE COOK. She ensured that we had everything we could possibly need and leet me repeat she is a FANTASTIC cook. We loved having her around to provide things we needed. Abraham was a great driver and took to a lot of great places... GIOS for king crab - amazing; snorkeling; sloth sightings; Chocolate, rum, etc etc. He got us to from on a timely basis while offering suggestions on things to do. all in all the experience was great and we would go back for sure.

Sandy Bay Jungle Tree House
The home is very unique. It offers beautiful views and many amenities. It’s large and has plenty of room for 8-10 people. We had a party of 6 and were able to spread out comfortably. The location is a bit of a distance from West End and West Bay. You will need a car, driver or taxi. The staff is friendly and helpful. They are there daily. Overall. We enjoyed the home and the outdoor area.

An absolute GEM in Paradise! - We'll definitely be coming back here with friends next time!
Our family of 5 had an incredible stay at this property! Before we arrived the communication with the owner was fantastic. Answered every question we had about the property & island. Upon our arrival we were picked up in a nice van, by our driver for the week - Abraham (this service was also set up by the owner and the trip wouldn't have been the same without it - Abraham is an incredible asset to have access to - well worth the added investment). Arrival at the house started with a very thorough tour of the property by the owner Drew. What a beautiful estate up in the trees!!! The house is amazing, with a gorgeous pool area, rooms, industrial kitchen, bar area, living room, pool cottage, well manicured plants/trees, decks and sitting areas everywhere & access to a legit gym on site! At night they have lights everywhere that make the outdoor space a beautiful place to be! Our kids loved the birds they had on site as well...feeding & talking to them daily - adding to the unique atmosphere. The views of the water & sunsets on the front of the house were beautiful! The staff was not something we expected to have. They have a manager and staff that cleaned the house and property daily (typically done in the morning or while we we were out exploring the island). We also had a security guard (Pedro) on site that made us feel very safe and secure - he also helped us with any needs we had - like all of their staff constantly going above and beyond. They came with the property (unexpectedly)! The island has so many cool places to explore & our driver/tour guide set up everything & knew where to go as well as make great recommendations for unique experiences (snorkel trips, swimming w/ dolphins, beautiful beaches, fishing trips, holding sloths and monkeys, zip lining, scuba diving, etc..). And every day coming back to a beautiful property and relaxing at what feels like your own private resort! Final notes: Cooking in an industrial kitchen is a cool experience along with the outdoor grill option & every morning it's all cleaned up for you...very nice touch! Another highlight would be the surround sound, both indoor and outdoor hooked up to either our phones or the satellite radio they had available (and great Wifi). This property is a home run if you want to impress your friends/family! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and highly recommend this property!

Spectacular!
Most amazing and unique house on the island! Everything was perfect from the kind owners Drew and Mary Lynn to the house staff. George, Evan, Pedro and Marta went above and beyond to make our stay relaxing by doing everything from cleaning the pool, doing our dishes and laundry to making our coffee every morning. We hope to be back to the island and would stay right here at the Jungle Canopy Treehouse. Thank you Drew and Mary Lynn!!

Perfect Home for our 2 Family Vacation
This house was just perfect for our 2 family vacation. There were 8 of us; 4 adults and 4 kids, ranging in age from 7 to 13. The house is expansive and the grounds were simply amazing. The owners must have spent a small fortune on the landscaping. It’s beautiful! The lighting on the property was equally incredible. No attention to detail spared here. The pictures don’t do the setting justice, as you are in your own private Jungle Oasis. The pool was great and we spent a lot of time on the pool deck in the evenings before bed. There were 2 birds in cages on the property that added to the tropical ambiance. The bedroom sizes were great and adequate for our group. 3 bedrooms are upstairs in the main house, all having their own private entrances if needed. The 4th bedroom is a nice private cottage on the other side of the pool. The main living room and kitchen (amazing commercial kitchen btw!) were located below the 3 bedrooms on the main floor below and have separate entrances from outside. Having the central area located on a separate floor was nice. This allowed some of us who woke up earlier to have a place to hang out while the others continued to sleep in. All doors on the property have key code entry so all rooms felt secure. The property comes with a great staff. (Tips appreciated of course and you will want to tip them all) There are 2 helpers who arrive in the morning to clean up the central areas, remove trash, water the plants, etc. They are in and out and not in the way. There is a maid who comes a couple days a week to clean the rooms and wash linens and towels. And there is a security guard on the property who is there until late in the evening. The area seemed safe but the added security was nice. Lastly, the owner Drew arranged a private driver with a Luxurious Mercedes Sprinter Van. I highly recommend this option! It was probably the nicest vehicle on the Island and the driver Abraham was just awesome. Each day we gave Abraham our itinerary and he was always on time. On several occasions he helped arrange activities and would usually stay at the locations so our car was readily available. Last but not least the hosts Drew and Mary Lynn were wonderful. They were there upon our arrival to get us aquatinted with the house features. They live on the property but we rarely saw them unless we needed assistance. Activities /must do highlights: Dolphin Swim, Zip Lining, Sloths/Monkeys. Sundowners! Did I mention Sundowners?

House is amazing, but the property is not run professionally. It’s not worth the price
The property and house-staff were amazing, but the owner promises too many thing he doesn’t deliver on. There was no hospitality what-so-ever in our stay. There was no greeting, orientation, or explanation of anything about the property, even though the owner was staying right next door. He had cameras constantly watching you (most likely when struggling to light grill/stove) and offered no guidance. During our week, it seemed like the owner had never briefed the staff on simple requests like our pick-up time from the airport. The owner said we were paying for a “premium water package” but the water ran out after a few days and we were told we couldn’t have more. All a bit ridiculous considering how much he charges for the week. I would not recommend staying here for the price. The property is for sale, and if someone else takes over and manages it, I’m sure they would do a better job.

Thank you for your comments Chelsea, We Understand more than half of your family/Party arrived on Roatan a day late because of severe weather conditions back in New York. Perhaps this put a dent in your mood ,but obviously we don't control the Weather or airline delays. As for your arrival greeting and orientation to the Estate, Mary Lynn herself gave your brother ,who arrived first ,the full tour and he was most appreciative and excited about the home & property!. We also provide a detailed guest information book along with a welcome gift basket. Your dedicated Fridge full of chilled bottled water was also a gift from us for your convenience and was completely complimentary with no charges to you. In reflection we recall you saying you did not want to drink out of plastic bottles so we informed you of the Zero water filter pitchers you could use instead ,not that there is any issue with our Water supply which comes from a 200 ft' deep cased well that pumps clean pure water directly out of the pristine aquifer blow our Estate. We only have active security cameras on a couple of exterior areas solely for our guests security and safety purposes . We also provided your group with a courteous & professional private security guard at the entrance to the Estate for your protection, assistance and peace of mind. Furthermore, if there was anything you needed assistance with all you had to do was what's app us at any time. We believe its very important to extend our guests with as much privacy as we possibly can during there stay at the large private Estate that functions almost like your own private resort!. Our guests comfort , satisfaction and privacy are one of our top priorities. Please remember, we also discounted your package to the tune of $1000.00 We wish you all the best. Mary Lynn & Drew

Wonderful Vacation
Just returned from Roatan and our stay at the Jungle Canopy Tree Estate was wonderful. We had 11 guests total and there was plenty of room for all to enjoy. All families raved about the property. The house has everything you need and the kitchen and gym are awesome! Even with the beauty of the estate there is one highlight to our trip that everyone just loved and that is Lariza! She is the housekeeper/host and one of the nicest people we've met. She helps with anything you need and coordinated our Chef services for us. Drew the Estate owner was in touch to make sure we had everything we needed. It was the perfect place for our family. We enjoyed the house in the evening as it is very well lit and such a joy to just lounge around outside. Hung out by the pool after a day of diving or site seeing. This is one of the most unique places I've stayed and was such a great vacation for us all! I highly recommend the property and can't say enough wonderful things about our host Lariza! So glad we picked Roatan for vacation and this special estate. This will always be in my family's memories of one of the best vacations ever. Spectacular!!!

Fabulous vacation home
We just got back from a 14 day stay in Roatan. The Green Room treehouse was amazing. It had everything you could possibly want. We stayed the first week with friends and totally enjoyed every second. The second week with family was just as great. The property is amazing. Five separate bedrooms with each their own bathrooms. All but one had double showers. The staff was very friendly. Berto was amazing, he did all of our dishes, cleaned our rooms and even did our laundry! We woke every morning to fresh coffee and fruit. The grounds crew did a wonderful job keeping the pool clean and the deck spotless. Drew and MaryLynn are the perfect hosts. They know what you want as guests and they deliver! We rented the limo van and driver for both weeks. I highly recommend doing that as it is a bit of a ride to the beach. Plus the driver, Abraham, was wonderful at giving us tips. He also made all of our dinner reservations. If you are considering a trip to Roatan you should definitely consider this house, you won’t be disappointed. We will definitely return. FEBRUARY GETAWAY 2018
This was our second trip to Roatan. The island is a beautiful hidden gem. The Jungle Canopy Estate is a villa not to miss. Drew and MaryLynn are wonderful hosts - they make sure that whatever will make your vacation wonderful is in place. Starting from being assisted at the airport by Oliver, to having fresh furit ready in the morning by Berto. The staff at the villa are wonderful - they were very accomodating, you hardly even knew they were there. The Estate is beautiful - very relaxing; it is exactly like the pictures - only better. Beautiful property!!
Our overall experience was very positive. The house and property were just like the pictures on line if not more amazing. The only complaint I would have is that in the pool area you do not get any sun due to a lot of trees!!! Also if you are looking to walk to a beach nearby, there is none. Sandy Bay is very dirty and you would not go there to swim or tan. We hired the limo for the week and we always went to West Bay(bigger and nicer) or West End beaches. The guys on the property hired to maintain it were exceptionally good. They did all the laundry, changed linens, did our dishes, etc. They were very quiet and just went about their business. The dog Rocky, the three cats, and two birds also were very nice. No problems there although Rocky is a little stinky but nice. The house itself was very clean, never saw any bugs, and hardly no mosquitos given it is up in the trees. The gym attached to the house was great also. The hired limo driver (Abraham) was also very helpful and always gave us suggestions and went with us everywhere (even in the stores) so we were not taken advantage of. I would advise if staying here to rent a car or hire a driver as things to do are quite a distance, for example, West Bay every day was 30 minute drive there and back. Roads are quite bumpy in spots making driving a little slower. There were eight of us staying here at this house and each had their own bedroom and washroom. The house is quite large and never felt crowded. Many little decks to enjoy if you want to get away privately. Felt very safe staying at this house also. Overall, we had a great time and would suggest staying there.
