This hotel was mediocre and overpriced. The front desk attendant was friendly and the lobby gave a false impression but as soon as you get on the elevator you realize it isn't as nice at it first looked! Elevator was very wobbly and the carpets in hallway and room were outdated. The room smelt of mildew. I did like we had robes, the outdoor scenery was beautiful and the shower had a handheld shower head! Probably would not stay here again unless they done some major updating! There are way better hotels for cheaper!

Woodcliff is an upscale property that is showing its age. It could use cosmetic touches in the rooms and the overall decor needs modernizing. Amenities are plentiful, but again could use a touch up. Staff was efficient and professional.

Pretty much the highest quality you’ll find in Rochester. It’s no 5 star resort but the rooms are alright. Staff seems disinterested, there’s no details paid attention to. Temper expectations for the price.
