“Everything was great: service, location, rooms, breakfast… and lots of good trattorias and sightseeing walking distance. I went solo and always felt safe in and around the hotel.”

“We had an enormous suite, I think the only one. The building is listed and very old with very high ceilings. the public rooms are enormous and one has f19th century frescoes. Clean and run by friendly helpful staff. The breakfast is limited but adequate. The place is full of character and charm.”

Be advised: Italians have a very special schedule of eating times and they freeze to death when it’s under 68°F, so restaurants may be closed and the A/C boils you to do death. ”
